The hotel was clean
Reception took a while to come to book us in and the supervisor was polite but not friendly
The car parking is poor due to posts making it hard to park easily
I damaged my car

Cancelled train due to the weather caused us a need for a room, came here to be greeted by “Steph” who was very friendly and helpful about our situation and helped us to get settled. She also advised us to stay for the extra day for just in case purposes

Handy hotel to visit the University. Recption good, bar with good food and drinks. Parking ir terrible because the car park has lots of steel columns and is very very tight to drive around. Also, was informed by the staff that an entire floor of the hotel was accommodated for Council housing. Residents of the hotel, in the lifts, and outside smoking were local residents and not hotel guests.

The car parking is accessed by a single ramp and numerous pillars make parking very difficult. Our room smelt and it was too noisy to leave windows open.

The car park is far to small which posts everywhere which you have to try and manoeuvre your car between and it’s ended up with me having a broken wing mirror which will probably cost me a few hundred pounds for a new one. The hotel itself and staff were good but the car park ruin my experience and unfortunately I won’t be staying at the location again

The receptionist was lovely and really helpful. Breakfast average Car park, horrendous. I didn't sleep because all I could think of was negotiating the car park. If you stay here request a car parking space on the ground floor, prior to arrival.

Good value, easy to find. Noisy heater in bedroom . Bathroom tired and could do with some maintenance

Hotel inside good. Staff excellent. Location, very ruff area, not a comfortable place to go.out at night. Car park horrendous! Bar not stocked well but good happy hour 2 drinks for £7 from 5 till 7pm i think. ..not alot of choice! Lady who served us was lovely! Room ..great! Clean.. big enough for 3 or 4 as it was a family room. Good size tv and kettle and bits and also a fan which you dont always get but sometimes need.
