Ingleside House

A brief stay in this lovely hotel. Situated on the edge of Cirencester, the location is ideal for walking into town and our room was beautifully furnished and laid out. It was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. A good breakfast was provided in the quirky dining room. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, great breakfast. There are a lot of stairs but the building is lovely. Everybody was really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We had dinner in the restaurant one night too and it was great. The breakfast was great too.

From the moment we entered Ingleside, everything was perfect. Lovely receptionist Millie who checked us is and shown us to our gorgeous room ‘Wright’ this room is incredible with a bathtub in the living area. The room was absolutely spotless. Nice touches included shortbread and fresh milk in the fridge. Throughly enjoyed breakfast especially as it had quite a varied menu. Can’t wait to stay again.

A wonderful place to stay in Cirencester. An easy five minutes walk from the centre and yet very quiet it has cheap public parking directly opposite making it perfectly located. The building was an old school so it is quirky but with everything being so beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean throughout it is a lovely experience. Our room was big and extremely comfortable (as was the bed) and the shower was one of the best ever. Add to that friendly and welcoming staff and you have everything you could ever want from a boutique hotel.

The accommodation was very good and quite unique with it's boutique style and the restaurant also proved to be very enjoyable. The play Room 13 at the Barn next to the hotel was excellent and would recommend paying a visit at the next production.

We loved this hotel! Our room was large, with a “super king” sized bed, overlooking the river, large bathroom with a great shower, and beautifully decorated with a lovely sitting area. There is the nicest sitting room next to the reception area that’s just gorgeous, fabulous decor! We enjoyed sitting there in the evening after dinner. There is also a nice restaurant attached to the hotel which was very good for dinner and excellent for breakfast (we loved our server for breakfast - she’s from Romania but I can’t remember her name - such a nice person and an excellent server!). The hotel is a very short walk to the town centre with easy parking right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cirencester.

Just stayed for one night. No lift (as it's a listed building), so if you have lots of heavy bags it's hard to negotiate. We had a lovely room, all comfortable and would recommend this hotel. Very close to Beeches Bus Station which was a bonus. Thank you for having us.

16th September 2024 Myself & George had the pleasure of getting married at Ingleside House and managed to organise it all in less than 3 months. We were greeted by the lovely Amber who was faultless and helped with every request no matter how big or small for the whole time until the big day, however sadly she was away for actual event but she did not disappoint and neither did her team! When our wedding day actually arrived, every single person at Ingleside House were incredible no matter how many times myself or our guests needed them. They were all so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A big shout-out to Amy as she was in charge on the day and we felt she was so thoughtful and caring along the way. We couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone for so many reasons.. -     Wanting to just have a nice night away. -     A meal out or planning a wedding. -     The food was delicious at their restaurant and on our wedding day, our guests were blown away with how tasty everything was and the size of the portions. (Lots of Gluten Free options) -     Lastly, the bedrooms were spotless and so quirky with lovely little added extras (omg the mini milk). So to finish off, a huge THANK YOU to Amber and everyone at Ingleside House for a day myself and my new husband will NEVER forget!!!! We cant wait to come back for our anniversaries!!! Very obliging staff and comfortable and clean room. Our problem was breakfast. We had a deadline to meet and needed a prompt getaway. Breakfasts started a 0730 and we were in the dining room on the dot. When no food had appeared before us by 0800, we had to leave without. Our bill was adjusted to bed only.
