All awesome. Room clean and big. Food really delicious. Facility good.

1 booked 2 classic rooms. At the reception, they upgraded my rooms to superior/deluxe rooms at high floors. Service are good and fast. Every needs will be taken care quickly and seriously. The washtafel has a little problem, after they fix it, the manager send a box of cookies to apologize. Bottled water I must say is free flow, cause I got 8 bottles for the first night, and 12 bottles for the second night. Very generous.

Its a good hotel for a short escape from bandung city because the location is very near and can give u a different atmosphere.

we booked 2 room and the staff was amazing, they always make sure we get what we needed. but unfortunately some of kids activities and playground under renovation and just available on weekends.

It is a good hotel... For leisure and business meetings, quiet places, exclusive locations..

Perfect place to stay. There a little bit fireflies inside my room when I arrived, but the cleaning staff is there to fix it up. Calm and quiet location, but not really close to the city center.

overall is great, except for room acoustics, we can hear noises clearly from neighboring rooms.

The view was fantastic. And the on-site restaurant was great! Generous portions, without compromise on taste. It's really great to have considering the location is kinda far away from everything else.

For the top tier brand, I would have expected better in some of the amenities. Other than the nicely deisgned packaging, the dental kit, toiletries quality were no better than the reddoorz amenities I have used. It was not the complete amenity kit as it excluded comb, shaver and sewing kit. Likewise for the inroom coffee. It's these details that help make the difference. Having said that, the room was clean, nicely furnished and the staff service was good. Breakfast was good and the view of city was great.

Intercontinental Dago Pakar Bandung is one of the most luxurious hotel in bandung that feature the best part Bandung at the north side of the city with the most fresh air close to the forest, golf course, various restaurants and definitely with great city view especially in the evening. Our visit this time is because special requests from my daughter to celebrate her late birthday after the school holiday. We visited this hotel early this year and she was impressed so much ans requested to visit back this time. Our family always came back to this beautiful hotel almost every year due to its world class standard and exceptional hospitality from the front office, F&B, housekeeping and the guest relations. The check in was super smooth, thanks to Mr. Wirianto Prowo, the FO manager who helped the process and he made sure the room was in good condition. The hotel really helped to fulfill our request for clean and quiet room as our daughter has bad skin allergy and light sleeper. We stay in Kembang Villa, a very beautiful unit for family with kids. The unit is very spacious with a big jacuzzi inside the bathroom. It has a separate living room area and bedroom. At the back there is a large closet corridor with a medium size working desk. The room is pretty modern with updated power plug with normal USB and micro USB type C in couple of area next to bed as well as in living room. It has 2 smart TVs with complete channels. We encountered a minor issue however the team showed fast and strong support to fix the issue and they continuously checked the guests to make sure we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Thanks to Mr. Erick and Mr. Evi for making our stay enjoyable. As we bring our kid, this hotel provides various activities for kids such as a reasonable big kids club, cinema with playstation and nintendo for families time, bouncy castle with other activities and some pay per use activities such as horse riding, go-cart, rock climbing and game machines. The swimming pool is reasonably big and has great view. The gym is pretty good just the room a bit warm. Last but not least is breakfast. One of the most complete breakfasts in the city. They rotated the menu everyday so you will not get bored. Today i tried some local dishes like rice cake with chicken curry and yesterday i ate the yellow rice with a lot of condiments. It also provides american style breakfast and some sushi. The chef is also able to make egg Benedict with good quality. I did not recall other hotels in bandung can make it. Special thanks to chef Entis who did extra miles to provide non spicy dishes during breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, and will come back again next holiday.

It was an ok stay. Great staff, but amenities need to stay open a little longer.
