It is a good place for leisure, however, the pool was in a maintenance period.

The hotel ja relaticelt brand new with nice design. The service is good, but some places need to be cleaned more thoroughly.

This is our random encounter to this hotel. The hotel provides warm swimming pool both for children and adult pool. There is kid’s club, not too big but necessary. The room is spacious and okay. The rain shower didn’t work well but there is another shower so no biggie. What I like the most is the quietness in the room during night so we can have a good night sleep. One lamp didn’t went off, so we ask the maintenance guy to fix the lamp. The response is quite swift. The breakfast is just okay. I expect more for 4 star hotels.

Amazing place for families or gathering on your way to central java .They just opened last year ,so everything was pretty brand new. Feel the Indonesian service in all aspects. Room was awesome with modern amenities ,and spacious bed. However tv programs can be improved. Breakfast awesome with lots of local varieties. They even served jamu. And special warm water pools. Love it . Kids also love kidsroom.

The spectacular view of Mount Ciremai in the morning, wide array of Sundanese breakfast and utmost friendly staffs, everyone of them, make this hotel deserve the five stars from me

Begitu check in dapet welcome drink dan welcome Snack, bisa pilih ice cream atau pop corn, staff nya juga ramah2 dan sigap membantu, kamarnya luas dan bersih, view nya bagus jelas banget ke gunung Ciremai. Kolam nya air hangat, cuma sekedar masukan untuk tempat bilas alangkah lebih baiknya ada tempat yang tertutup dan terpisah untuk pria dan wanita supaya nyaman tidak perlu basah2an mau mandi di kamar. Sarapan nya variatif sekali dan enak ditemani pemandangan yang indah. Ada bioskop juga tapi kami tidak sempat nonton, agak telat check in karena macet. Very recommended hotel, pokoknya worth it dengan harganya
