Cherry as a manager really helpful, she can speak English and have a whatsup number. She help recommends a really good hunan restaurant at down downtown. Chicken soup the best for breakfast in a cold weather. This hotel has a shuttle bus from Hotel to avatar mountain, an pick up from avatar to hotel Also shuttle bus to the glass bridge.

Greatly appreciate personal service from Cherry 管家,breakfast service from毛梦芳，杜化群 and limousine service from 李伊敏师傅. Spacious room, however exterior a little rundown.

the resort is very beautiful, in nature, the rooms are clean, the staff is also very trained. Cherry knows English and helped us a lot, she even reserved a car for us from the hotel to get to the train. The boys from the pool gave us the rolls that were paid for with their application, with their own money. In the evening at the barbeque restaurant, the food was good, the service as well, especially Mao Mengfang, he made sure we were treated as special guests. The singer from the restaurant entertained the girls to the max, she sang them what songs they wanted. Thank you

Have stayed here during our visit to Zhangjiajie mountains for 4 nights. It was chosen between several hotels in the area and the choice was absolutely right. We really enjoyed our stay in Harmona. The resort has a unique location in a forest between mountains, so u can feel all the beauty of nature. Also very welcoming stuff here who always try to make your stay more comfortable doesn’t matter that time is it. Especial thanks to Cherry, who assisted us all the time and to Nancy from the front desk and Huhuayong the driver. The position of the resort is perfect for visiting main attractions - forest park, canyon, dragon cave - just 10-15 minutes drive and give you all the opportunities of forest silence in the evening after busy day in the crowd. All amenities are good and usable - hot springs, restaurants, tea house etc. And landscape of resort is perfect. The view from the room in 8th floor is wonderful.

Harmona Resort is Beautiful! My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and Western friendly. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Cherry was Amazing! They also provide shuttles to the nearby sights and a trip guide to help you create an itinerary and book your excursions.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic one-week stay at the Harmona Spa and Resort in Zhangjiajie, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with logistics, arranging everything from tickets to transportation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The 24/7 attention was impeccable, and the beautiful location and facilities added to the charm of the resort, we got a feeling of Avatar 2.0 One highlight was the great variety offered at breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. Both of the resort’s restaurants served excellent food, adding to our overall dining pleasure. A special mention goes to the staff members who made our stay exceptional: Johnny and Shan received us warmly on the night we arrived, Cherry and Monica, who not only provided excellent service but also entertained us with their beautiful singing and fun personalities; Pink, who was incredibly helpful, proactive in planning our activities, and quick to resolve any issues T hank you to Mao Mengfan, who hosted us with an amazing barbecue at Flower Valley, Luna from the Chinese restaurant, who provided amazing service; Nikki and Fenfen from the front desk, who were always welcoming and efficient; and Josie from the bar, who made our karaoke night unforgettable with creative cocktails. Lastly, big thank you to Mr. Li who took great care of our luggage, ensuring it reached the airport when we couldn't return from Tianmen Mountain in time. Perfect resort in the mountains, the place is wild and well decorated. Easy to navigate in the complex. Swimming pool view is amazing in the middle of the mountain. The service is incredible, we arrive late and all was prepare for us with a fruit basket waiting us, the next morning the staff was doing their utmost to make our stay in the best conditions. Big thanks to Cherry, Nikki, Fenfen, Derek, Ru, and Nancy. I strongly recommend 👍🏽😁.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is amazing, welcoming, and really helpful, including those working the morning shift and the evening shift in the restaurant.They go out of their way to make your stay quite enjoyable. They also have a dedicated English-speaking staff member to cater to foreigner's needs. She is amazing. The hotel is about 45 minutes north of Zhangjiajie in a serene environment. However, it is less than 20 minutes drive from major attractions. Really worth the stay!

Surrounded by mountains, the location is magnificent! A service car takes guest wherever they need around the resort area. We were hosted at the Flaming Building 火寨, we enjoyed an astonishing view from there. Cloudy peaks around were an amazing sight for our waking up in the morning. Thank you to the nice lady at the reception that welcomed us at our arrival there. We enjoyed a perfect, relaxing bath at the hot springs in the evening. Thank you very much to Deng Miao, Zhang Zhenyuan and the gentle lady at the reception for providing an excellent, welcoming and professional service there.

Our holidaying at Zhangjiajie was memorable not just because of the most astounding natural beauty of the place but also because of one of the most memorable experiences at the hotel we stayed in: ‘Harmona Resort and Spa’. The warm and friendly staff here created a very welcoming atmosphere.  We experienced excellent customer service with friendly and approachable attitude displayed by every member of the staff. They had the ability  to anticipate needs of guests and respond promptly. Though we did not know Mandarin, we never felt isolated because of the extra length the staff went to translate using technology.  The staff also handled specific requests quickly and were excellent in resolving issues. We had problem with our electrical plugs and adapters. Cherry from the Front Desk patiently spent hours and found a solution that allowed us to charge all our electronics on the local system.   The staff particularly at the restaurants displayed cultural awareness and showed sensitivity  to our vegetarian meal requests.  Special mention must be made of Front Desk Staff particularly Cherry who positively responded instantaneously to any of our requests.     Housekeeping Staff also responded immediately to our request for sorting out the WiFi issue.     I and my wife would like to specially thank Hq Du, an extremely pleasant and helpful lady at the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast. Donghua and Fang ant this place  also went out of the way to make the daily breakfast an experience to remember. All the three anticipated our needs and were always friendly and cheerful.They walk the talk in customer service. When my wife did not go for buffet breakfast as she was working out, they insisted on packing the breakfast for her.  Also, on the day we were leaving, they packed take away food for the road. This was highly thoughtful of them.  We would also like to thank Roland, Yuan Quioyun and Lora from the Chinese restaurant, who prepared for us off-the-menu Chinese vegetarian dishes which proved to be very delicious. Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionists Fenfen and Cherry). They were super helpful rhroughout my entire stay🤗🤗. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I can’t really describe how happy and grateful I am of Cherry and Fenfen, they let me checkout late and even gifted me with Harmona exclusive high tea. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Our stay here at Harmona Resort and Spa was by far one of the best stays while traveling to multiple cities throughout China. All the staff here at Harmona was so welcoming to me and my niece. As 2 American girls who don’t really speak the native language- the staff here was so attentive and catered to all of our needs. Cherry, Nikki, and Fenfen from the front desk made our check in and check out process so easy. Especially Cherry, she was our translator, our go to person when we needed anything or had any questions. She was literally just a WeChat message away! She was so sweet and helpful and made our adventure in Zhangjiajie so much memorable! The resort itself is huge, you can definitely walk around by foot to explore but from our room to the front desk or to dine at the resort is a bit of a walking distance. So aside from the front desk staff- we had Shan, Mr. Zhao and JK who were the sweetest drivers - who shuttled us to our rooms and where we needed to go every day. They were literally just a phone call away! And last but not least- our favorite part of the day to get our morning started - our breakfast! The breakfast buffet here at Harmona has such a wide variety of selections for you to choose from. Heidi, Mao Fenfang, and Fu Donghua was the most cutest and sweetest staff at the restaurant. They attended to us every morning during breakfast and made sure we were well fed and taken care of. The rooms here are clean and the views from room were spectacular! I have to say, I have stayed at many resorts and hotels but the staff here made us feel like we were right at home. From the front desk staff, to drivers, restaurant staff and housekeeping! Our sweet housekeeping auntie made sure every morning my niece and I had everything we needed. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff here at Harmona. The resort also offers complimentary shuttle Avatar mountains and to the glass bridge/grand canyon. We have throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much Harmona Resort and Spa for making our stay in Zhangjiajie so much more memorable! We will definitely be visiting again and will be telling all of our families and friends what a great place this resort is with most of the kind, sweet, and friendly staff! The hotel is located inside the nature. It is a beautiful place and the staff is very helpful and polite. From the hotel it is a little difficult to find a car to go to near towns or return back from other locations. If you’re traveling with children it is recommended to arrange your transportation from and to the hotel in advance. Regarding the tours and shows, the hotel can help you book tickets with a discount, so I recommend to ask them the schedule and book in advance.

This resort is very nice located, surrounded by amazing scenery. Good place for family vacation.The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. There are a lot of attraction inside the resort, starting with swimming pools, springs, karting and many more. Easely access to National Park, and many more tourist atractions. The rooms were nice and clean as well as the rest of the resort.
