The flat has an open kitchen and spacious living room in combination with dining area and fireplace. The flat has a large sun terrace and a south-facing covered balcony.
1st floor / Lift / Wifi yes / 3 rooms with double beds / 1 bathroom with WC and bathtub / 1 bathroom with WC, shower and bathtub / 1 separate WC and washing machine/tumbler. The Coop and Migros shops, the lift stations, the toboggan run and zipline are only a few minutes' walk away. In good snow conditions you can ski almost directly to the flat.
- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies).
