In the resort 100 m from the centre of Flims Dorf, in a central, quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool (12 x 6 m). In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Parking space n 10, communal covered parking. Shop 200 m, grocery 100 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 50 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postbus" 50 m. Cable car, mountain railway, ski lift 800 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims/Laax/Falera, Obersaxen, Sedrun Disentis. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Please note: suitable for seniors.
