I think this is the worst Sheraton we ever stayed in, they don't open kids play area until 12:30 pm, no indoor area for kids to play. Breakfast area is very small and in the morning it was so crowded, cant get table for half an hour and when we got the table at 930, by 10 they close everything, No food. Location is also very poor there is nothing nearby, we thought there will be lake view restaurants but no good restaurants nearby. Only thing about this hotel is they have water park, that too they don't open until 1230 pm. Value for money is very low for this hotel. Very disappointed over all.

The rooms are comfortable, a bit noisy because of the outdoor pools. Unfortunately, the service is disappointing, that doesn’t reach the standards of Sheraton hotels. Also, the services don’t correspond to a five stars hotel

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

Although the Thousand Island Lake Ben Sheraton is a little far from the scenic spot, the car is still very convenient.

Everything is so good. Especially the butler service provided by hotel and served by Sun. Service is superb. Went extra miles to complete requests... Recommended for family travel.

The water park was great, but the lack of restaurants and amenities (the spa and gym etc were all closed) was not great. But the rooms were clean and comfortable.

我是八月底去的 人不算太多 前台免費升級了別墅的房型 空間很大 還帶院子 酒店管家Sun 提前給我們打了電話 還額外送了小孩的餐券和酒店水上樂園的門票 服務超級貼心 有擺渡車送我們去別墅區 酒店的水上樂園也比較合適小朋友玩 福朋是一家比較適合親子游的酒店 就是離人多的鬧區有點遠 想出去吃特色餐廳要開十來二十分鐘 自助早餐還行 晚上可以看到好多星星哦

管家貼心，主動熱情聯繫，我對房間提出的要求全部達成，非常滿意，房間超大～如果有房間的情況下，都會把好的房間給你～想去的朋友可以早點到～水上樂園誰比較乾淨的。住的別墅～快點為客廳增加一個冰箱～更完美了下次還會來，超喜歡他們的房間～暑假來的人有點多，吃早餐的時候感受一般，空調太熱了。下次開學了會再帶孩子來

不玩水的夏天是不完整的～水樂園挺不錯，就在房間樓下，有人工造浪池、水上勇敢者道路、滑滑梯…我家小子越來越大了，項目稍嫌不夠刺激，適合稍微低齡點的小朋友（但我試了一下，看上去不高，其實還挺驚險的，把我嚇得尖叫🙀優點就是人少體驗感好，不像專門的水樂園要排隊半天熱死。每天都可以玩，開到八月底開學就閉園了，但是冬天會開温泉池。總而言之，房間不錯，服務也很好，管家（左心臟跳跳）一開始就加我微信，一到酒店就給每個小朋友送了小禮物，還推薦了遊玩攻略，熱情周到；床品和早餐都挺好，性價比極高……推薦低價囤貨
