The hotel is opposite of the raffle. Very good location and below of the building is metro line 1. Free upgrade to river view and raffle building view. Spacious room and the hotel engaged with a third party delivery to send our luggage to the airport. This is one of the best service ever and the luggage safely arrived in the airport.

Great location- close to Chaotianmen metro exit 4. Just a few minutes walk. It’s easy to find, it’s a tall building just behind the Raffles centre. As you approach there is a Lawson, then an entry to the mall, then entry to the hotel building. Walk straight in, take lifts in first lift bay on left. Lobby on 13th floor. There’s a lookout point just beyond the lobby. The views from the room were great too, 16th floor, 1627. The lifts are efficient and for this hotel only. We got the room we booked and it reflected the photos. Clean and modern. Love the design with the little bird logo. Aspects of the room like auto curtains, different lighting options, different floor textures all add to a pleasant environment. Quiet. Friendly reception and cleaning staff. The room was clean, comfortable bed and linen. A good night’s sleep here. Free mini bar but I would have preferred cold drinks. There was an ice bucket but not sure where to get ice from. Complimentary fruit on arrival is a nice touch. Tv- not really any English options but we weren’t there to watch tv anyway. Gym- we didn’t use, nice views though! Laundry room is free and has 3 washers with detergent and 3 dryers. We didn’t have breakfast here. Lots of food and shops nearby. Great location, walk to sights, shops and food in every direction or take metro. We paid in advance and this hotel did not ask for a deposit which was good. The cost of the hotel was higher than some others nearby however was reflected in the better quality. I would definitely recommend!

Big and clean room. Well furnished, everything looks new, love the Dyson hair dryer. Toilet and shower was separate which was good. There are 3 washing machines & 3 dryers in the laundry room located next to the gym, which was free to use. Location is excellent, directly opposite Raffles City shopping and next to Chaotianmen train station. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay! Will choose Voco if I visit Chongqing again!

We have stay 2 nights in voco, overall the hotel environment & room is modern & clean, bed & mattress is comfortable, toilet bidet is wireless button. Hotel provide room service deliver by robot.

Got a free upgrade during my stay. Room is clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly. Location is walkable distance to Raffles City CQ and train station is just beside. Get to know from driver that there are many wholesale stores for clothes that offer great prices.

Outside is very noisy, couldn't sleep because of the noise from the streets. Basin is not in bathroom, which is weird & inconvenient.

Modern and stylish hotel in an iconic location with great views, huge rooms, access to a massive mall, and metro station. A great hotel for foreign visitors as the management are keen to have their staff interact with foreign guests and will go the “extra mile” to make you feel most welcome. TIP - The lobby is on the 13th floor of the building, so you’ll access the hotel first from the shared building lobby on street level.

Very good location near to metro and hotel is clean . You able to find a food court right below the hotel building , you able to select different type of food at the food court for breakfast

A very convenient location right beside MRT and Raffles City. All the facilites and service is top notch

Overall it's ok hotel and no own driveway n lobby on own..There will not be any porter to assist with luggage upon arrival and departure. Housekeeping room attendant was very good though and attentive. Thank you.

Really love the hotel . Clean, spacious , comfortable bed . Breakfast very good especially bakery . Definitely will back here again .
