Citi Regency Chongqing

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. To start with, the rooms are filthy and the walls are covered in mold. They smell of smoke, have used cigarettes disposed of on the floor, and are unclean. The air conditioning does not work, and in fact makes the room even hotter. I had no window in my room and the toilet seat was taken apart. There is no shower door. Some of the rooms are infested with insects. The WiFi works and is good. The service was poor and I found the staff to be quite rude and indifferent about providing a positive guest experience. I rarely offer a personal opinion but I can affirmatively say that in all my life this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the only respite was the fact that Chongqing is an amazing and interesting city, and worth visiting. Albeit in a different hotel. 这家酒店唯一的优点就是它的位置。 首先，房间很脏，墙壁上长满了霉点。房间里弥漫着烟味，地板上散落着用过的香烟，而且很脏。空调坏了，反而让房间更热。我的房间没有窗户，马桶盖也拆开了。没有淋浴门。有些房间虫子成群。 WiFi 可以正常使用，而且信号很好。 服务很差，我觉得员工很粗鲁，对提供积极的客户体验漠不关心。 我很少发表个人意见，但我可以肯定地说，这是我这辈子住过的最差的酒店。唯一的安慰是重庆是一个神奇而有趣的城市，值得一游。尽管是在另一家酒店。

We asked for a change of room and they immediately get us another one that meets our needs 👍 thank you & we'll come back again next time 👍 food street downstairs!

Terrible, waited for over an hour at the common area. Nobody at reception or anyone to service us.
