Really dirty and old !! Don’t trust the pictures. The walls were dirty. The furnitures are really old and damaged. We found hairs on the floor and in the shower!!! The room smelled like toilets… Dust every corners. The shower head was not working for one room and for the other one, the pressure was so bad that it hurt. The TV was not working. No real towels. Strong smell of cigarettes at the reception. The rooms were expensive for such a cheap and dirty quality. No problem regarding the location, it’s right at the Jiefanbei pedestrian street. But you can hear the noise of the cars and people all night….

If you cannot operate and use it normally, you can immediately report to our staff. After the aunt cleans the room, we will have dedicated staff to check for room hygiene issues. Towels and bath towels are all provided as disposable items, All customers feel that disposable towels are clean and hygienic. Only you mentioned that we don't have real towels, and I don't know if your understanding is a bit problematic,We have a sofa table at the front desk for guests to rest on. Do you also want to stop other guests from smoking? Can't you pick out any thorns in the room and start picking on us in the front desk rest area? In the face of your slandering our store's hygiene, I wish you all the best in the future!

The location is excellent. The room however was not very clean and the window was not tight, which caused a high noise level. Furthermore, it would be nice to have regular towels instead of disposable ones.

Nice hotel. But room on the high floor could not catch the wifi. The staff was helpful so they changed the room for us. Good location!

This hotel is right at the 81 food street. We stayed for 1 night and the hotel is aging fast not like the photos on the websites. The reception is not 24 hours, so if you checkout early, just leave your room keys in the door. What I disliked was the disposable towels rather than proper towels. The building has so many hotels and it’s very common in Chongqing.

酒店離較場口地鐵五分鐘路程。酒店的床鋪很舒服乾淨，房間夠大，電視看的爽，前台小裴很熱情嗷嘻嘻樓下步行街上各種小吃，從早吃喝到晚，訂的房間很大，還有個長沙發、大窗户。衞生整潔乾淨，旅遊也要卷哈哈哈。還去了洪崖洞

這次在重慶旅行，入住的酒店給了我極大的驚喜，必須要給個好評。酒店環境十分優雅，房間佈置得精緻温馨，公共區域也打掃得一塵不染，綠植花卉點綴其間，讓人彷彿置身於寧靜的綠洲。前台工作人員小裴的熱情服務更是為整個旅程增色不少。辦理入住手續時，他們耐心解答我的每一個問題，還給出了許多遊玩和美食的建議，讓我們心裏暖暖的。酒店的位置簡直太棒了，出行超方便，距離好吃街很近，各種特色美食琳琅滿目，分分鐘就能開啟一場舌尖上的狂歡。而且離解放碑也很近，步行即可到達，打卡重慶的地標性建築，感受這座城市的獨特魅力與深厚底藴。無論是休閑度假還是商務出行，這家酒店都是絕佳的選擇，真心推薦給大家！

這一次到重慶來旅遊，真的很喜歡這座城市了!住宿選擇的這家酒店讓我覺得真的很貼心，前台服務的小姐姐們態度都超好，微笑服務有什麼問題都回復的很及時，阿姨做的衞生也很細緻。酒店的地理位置絕了，就在解放碑，出門三分鐘步行距離，房間裏面的設備也很齊全，礦泉水也有配備，床鋪乾淨整潔。而且!前台小韓就是重慶人可以向她請教哪裡比較好玩好吃的，她還熱心的説了哪些不能吃，踩坑的地方，比之前去過的地方更熱情，去江邊拍照還給我指路，重慶人真的很好，很熱情！

這家酒店讓我驚喜不斷!房間裝修精美，設施齊全，而且前台小韓服務態度極佳。非常適合商務出差和旅遊觀光。酒店的整體感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善。員工服務熱情周到，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。強烈推薦，空氣好，視野開闊，出門直走300米就是地鐵站，離洪崖洞和解放碑，十八梯，重慶大轟炸遺址，步行就十分鐘就到了。這個房間真的很好，住的最好的最方便的房間！前台還非常貼心的推薦了火鍋和其他小吃和特色，並告知了去景點的路線！

房間特別好大寬敞明亮，空氣清新。洗衣機，小冰箱。清潔阿姨衞生打掃的很徹底一進房間給人非常乾淨舒服的感覺，酒店就在市中心，離解放碑，八一路一條街，較場口輕軌站很近，步行一兩分鐘就到了。而且去洪崖洞，十八梯，白公館很方便。附近就是重慶大轟炸遺址紀念館，可以預約參觀。地理位置沒得説，小裴前台服務很好，值得推薦，晚上的夜景也很漂亮，凌晨一點兩點樓下人還很多，非常熱鬧，吃了很多小吃味道很不錯，跟其他地方的小吃也不一樣，點贊
