Everything was excellent, from the bed in the bedroom which is very comfortable, the sofa in the living room, very clean bathroom. In the bathroom you can find everything you need: toothbrush, toothpaste, accessories for barbering, dressing gown, bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, earplugs and much more, even an umbrella. In the kitchen there is a clothes washing machine with detergent, a coffee machine with coffee bags, tea and everything needed in a kitchen. Kudos to the staff who are very kind. For sure, if I have another chance, I will come back with great pleasure.

Place was great! Clean and comfortable environment, they have robot delivery service as well, very high tech. Went to chongqing twice and this was my first time staying in this apartment, I would say it's better than the other one that I stayed in previously! Highly recommended!

We checked in at 2am, and despite it being a quiet time, the front desk staff was still there to assist us. Room service was also very fast with the use of the robots. Room was huge and could accommodate all 3 of us.

the staffs are very nice and polite. The whole area of the hotel is very clean and neat. The room is equiped with kitchen and washing machine which is very satisfied.

Very nice place to stay! Near to subway stations and some markets and malls. Just be aware that the hotel doesn’t have any amenities related with food. I recommend without any doubt! Finally if you are worry about if they talk English, yes they do it!

酒店的房間打掃的非常乾淨，環境也非常優雅酒店的衞生做的很好，給人一種非常乾淨整潔的感覺。這家酒店裝修的很豪華.且酒店房間的設計很好，佈局合理，給人一種家的感覺。每個房間都有可以打開的窗户。中央空調的温度非常適宜，還可以根據需求自由設定温度，窗簾也是非常舒服的顏色，給人一種親切柔和的感覺，房間的採光很好，寬敞明亮 總體還是非常不錯的 -Hc

房間乾淨衞生，視野也特別好，機器人送餐方便。房間內設施有冰箱和洗衣機，真的是到我心巴上了。買的水果可以放冰箱，保鮮效果好。衞生間乾濕分離，還有洗手液。今天返程啦，用不完的酒精濕巾和抽紙放到前台小姐姐那裡啦。下次來重慶還會入住
