Very comfortable and modern apartment with good views and easy access to the city. Taxi is cheap to get to city. Good service.

This is a serviced apartment and I booked 2 x two bedroom River view apartments for my family of 6. We are from the UK and Hong Kong. The apartment was very spacious 128 sq metres with big living room, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, master bedroom + en-suite and walk-in closet and 2nd bedroom with bathroom. The view of the river was amazing. The property is right by the riverside in a relatively quiet area and next door is a police station. Chongqing is a very heavily populated city and it was somewhat of a relief to come back to a more peaceful area. It’s very safe and behind the property about 10 mins walk up the stair route is a shopping district. Note: this is a serviced apartment and there are families who live here on a longer term basis. I didn’t notice any big tour group style guests either. It’s not a huge famous branded hotel, so you need to carry the name card and address of the property to tell the taxi drivers. The breakfast is a simple buffet style. More continental style with a few more hot add-ons like dumplings and eggs. You can also order takeout and the it will be delivered to your room via a robot! The front desk staff are very helpful although they don’t really speak much English. However, they do try to use a translation app and we were able to converse. They would give us recommendations on tourist hotspots and detailed explanations on how to get there by public transportation. The staff may not be so international, but they are friendly, helpful and kind hearted if you give them some patience. I must commend Nancy from front desk for helping me to courier a jacket which I left in the wardrobe after check-out. It was delivered back to my home in Hong Kong the next day. Much appreciation for her texting me in English and having such a helpful manner. I was able to use the washing machine/dryer for my laundry and found it thoughtful that they provided a sachet of washing powder. The appliances : fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric hobs are all good quality Siemens, Electrolux. Whilst the property is slightly dated, the decor of the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean and had the sense of quiet luxury. I would recommend that they put in a better quality of shower curtain to keep up with the rest of the decor. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels refreshed daily too. They don’t have cotton buds or cotton wool, toothbrush etc. in the bathroom trays like the do in normal hotels but the front desk do give you a set of toothbrush upon check-in. I believe this is something to do with an eco-friendly policy. My family members used the pool facilities in the mornings and found it to be big enough for a good swim. The only thing they were not used to was lack of a life-guard manning the pool and also the sauna and steam room were a bit dated. Overall, a very positive experience and good value for the price. It is like a home away from home and excellent for families who want to be together, yet also retreat to their own rooms.

Stayed here for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom premier. TBH nothing so premier besides a standard service apartment. Location wise it's ok but rather away from the main venue and supermarkets are rather a distance. Surrounding area food availability is decent. You can get the usual hotpot just up the stairs outside need elephant street of 白象街。 Got to those crowded ones and look at the menu pricing. Mostly are different. Otherwise if you are travelling in from Singapore you should reach the hotel around 230am so if you need food you need to pack before coming to the hotel Nothing to eat when you check in.

We travelled 11 of us (consist of 4 couples) and it’s not bad except that check in was a long wait and the young receptionist took his own time to handle the guest in front of us hence it took us about half an hour to finally get to our rooms.

The best hotel in Chongqing that I stayed. Spacious, location is perfect, with well facilities such as gym and pool. Will stay here again when returning

Very easy check in process, some English was spoken which made it easier Location was great, on the "quieter' side but only a brief 15-20 uphill walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and surroundings Apartment was extremely spacious with a very well equipped kitchen along with a washing machine/drier. Didn't get a chance to make use of the other facilities Will be back to Chongqing and stay again when there, highly recommend

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and was given one on the 25th floor. 2 of the rooms had attached toilets and had beautiful views of the Yangtze river. The hotel can access to Jiefangbei on foot but through a challenging terrain. You can also walk to Chaotianmen along the river.The staff at reception is helpful n the breakfast is good.

The housekeeping is so great, Kate is absolutely the best service mind. ❤️ The location is challenging and has good views.

Location is ok, can go to most main tourist places within 20-30mins by Didi, but no convenience stores or much food options nearby if you need to grab a bite. But the rooms are big and spacious, with big fridge and microwave. Good for small groups or families to stay together.

The place was convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We are travelers from out of country and they were very informative and provided much assistant to make our stay comfortable.

Nice location within a short 15 minutes walk to Shibate. Short 10 minutes car ride to Hongyadong and raffles city Chongqing. Price is reasonable and rooms are spacious. Will definitely recommend the 2 bed room apartments which is spacious at 128m 2

Nice room. The pool and steam room were nice. You can walk up stairs to Jiefangbei or take an elevator up.

Well-located. Big and spacious rooms. Washing machine is an added advantage. Wonderful service
