Lovely place with friendly help desk. They were extremely polite and helpful. Room is decent and comfortable.

The room could use a bit of updating, but the location was amazing, and the best part were definitely the staff and the view. Our hostess was incredibly kind and attentive, even sending us off with a small gift of local snacks, which was such a sweet touch. The view from our room was also beautiful.

Hotel staff make me feel wellcome. All staff are well training. Staff give us alot information about chongqing and send us some information by we chat. Located on the 34 floor of Xin Hua International Buildin. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth with warm greetings from the front desk team. Location is superb, near to all the key shopping malls, attractions and more importantly the good food of Chongqing.

Amazing hotel! Location: The hotel is an amazing location in a walking distance from The War Victory Monument and Hongyadong Cave, the metro is also close by with good restaurants and shops nearby The Room & Service: I had the concept room, which was so nice and advanced, with an amazing view to look at night, the bed was so comfortable, but the best part about this hotel was the staff, they are so nice and helpful, I almost missed my 7 am train but the staff went out of her way to put a 4am alarm and check on me if I woke up or not which was super nice

The room was beautiful and unique with such large windows and great views. Its at a great location, you can walk around the bustling area. I had a good stay, and the staff are so attentive and caring, making sure I was comfortable and letting me borrow a portable battery to charge my phone when I'm out. I recommend staying here.

A hotel in an excellent location with a superb view of downtown Chongqing. The round bed was surprisingly very very comfortable, and the smart technology for the lights and blinds worked well. Only downside would be that the rooms could use some love and care. It’s clear there hasn’t been any minor repairs to the room, and there were parts of the floor that appeared dirty or broken. We didn’t have much incentive to use the bathtub as the floor around it looked slightly mucky. Otherwise absolutely no major issues! Staff gave us plenty of water and were friendly enough.

Chic and unique hotel concept. Convenient location close to main tourist attractions. Rooms were also spacious and clean, with exceptional services from all the staff and receptionists. Special mention to 小白 for constantly helping out with our requests, and she was even kind enough to provide recommendations for places we could visit while we were in Chongqing. Overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel for travellers who are visiting the country.
