On the final day of my stay, the air conditioning in my room malfunctioned. The hotel staff promptly offered to move me to another room, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. Although English communication was limited, everything went well thanks to their helpful attitude. Overall, this room offers great comfort, space, and a beautiful city view — a perfect choice for travelers wanting both convenience and a touch of luxury in Chongqing.

Stayed for 4 nights in this amazing hotel. Picked the kids room which was great for my kid. Beds were comfy and big. Great location. Lots of food just walking distance away. The laundry washer and dryer service is great. Good value for money. Only thing is that breakfast is almost the same everyday. Chinese style breakfast. But food is good. Great assistance from staff Xiaolu too. Highly recommended place to stay.
