Hotel location was great (just opposite Hongyadong). Customer service is good (gave us extra mineral water). The view from our room was a but disappointing but the view from the hotel lobby is beautiful. Aircond and heater was broken during our stay. Overall, it was a decent stay.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone. There is a great view of the city and overall close to Hongya Cave. Overall 5/5 experience for the price.

Very good location too access Ali the local sightseeings; especially the hoster Mrs CaiCai and Mrs. Chen are reality helpful and kindness.

First of all! Great experience overall for my 3 days 2 nights on date 20-22NOV 24!! Although the hotel's photos on Trip.com do not look very appealing for their hotel facilities and room type, the actual experience exceeded my expectations! Just book this hotel if your plan in Chongqing is to explore tourist spots on foot! Jiefangbei, Hongya Cave, and Bayi Haochijie (Food Street) can be conveniently accessed via the hotel’s Level 1 and Level 3 entrances. You can ask the hotel staff for tourist maps and guidelines if you’re not familiar with the area around the hotel. One of the female staff also recommended a hotpot restaurant that is popular among the locals.

i stayed for 4 nights, the hotel location and room settings are great but i had some bugs bite (suspect it’s bed bugs), the hotel prolly need to up their game on cleanliness ):

The hotel is in a great location, you are able to walk everywhere and it is close to the train as well. The room at the hotel had some smell, and the room service cleaning was inconsistent. There was work being done in the 12th floor and there was some noise but they did notify us of that once we checked in. The lobby is really hard to find from the street, they share building’s with the four seasons and you have to go to the 15th floor, so it’s a little difficult to find at first because the name of the hotel is only in chinese characters so not easy to read or find. The breakfast is the same every day but it is pretty good. Overall the location is great. The staff were helpful and they provided us with air freshener for the room. The washer and dryer was useful.

Hotel is very good, convenient, location perfect, view is awesome. Don’t need hesitate to book this hotel. Xiao cheng and xiao xue (小程 和 小雪) service is very good and friendly

Great location with friendly and good service! The staffs were so helpful when I couldn’t find the hotel. It would be perfect if I could get a room with a window as per requested! I’d give it a 9/10!

Transportation is convenience. Reception Ms Xia and Mr Ding have good service.

The hotel located right in front of Hongyadong, easily to get around all attractions, eateries and shopping. The view of the room is superb and surely provide us the unforgettable moment during the stay in Chong Qing with overseeing the bridge and river. Room designed is modern, the toilet and bathroom is separately, well designed and I love it. Hotel provided laundry room for guest free usage as well.

Just right in front of the Hongyadong(洪崖洞）walking to Jiefangbei(解放碑）about 10 minutes. Chongqing hot pot is everywhere and on the left when u go out of the hotel there is CQ hotpot. Nice view if your room is facing the river. The staff are very helpful and attentive, already recommended my sister to stay there in August!
