I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many major attractions. An added bonus was the free laundry service, which made my stay even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay here! Contacted the hotel to ask if they could arrange something to celebrate a friend’s birthday, the staff was willing and put great effort in decorating the room and even upgraded us. The location of the hotel is also accessible to main attractions like Raffles City, Hongyadong etc. Will stay again!

Tianqing River View Hotel is located within a hotel complex, with different floors belonging to different hotels. My stay was exceptional with excellent A/C, convenient location, amazing views, clean room and bathroom, and the best service I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel employees were very helpful with food and convenience store deliveries and offered to wash and dry (both drying machine and hang dry) our clothes. Overall, amazing bang for the buck and I would stay here again if I visit Chongqing again. Do avoid the vendors downstairs though, there is much better and cheaper food a few steps away at Bayi Road!`

The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The staff went over and above with excellent customer service.
The hotel provides free laundry and drying service, which not many hotels offer this service. Laundry service was quick and efficient, making it very convenient during my stay.
Room was very spacious and clean, had all the amenities that I needed.
Location was perfect as it was right next to the metro.
I would highly recommend this hotel as it provided all the services and extremely good value for money.

Counter staff is very friendly and helpful.
Toilet water heater not consistence. Either too hot or cold.
Service wise is good and their staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
Hong Ya Dong and Jie fang Bei all within walking distance of 500-700m if you know how to take shortcut and walk.
Subway station is just beside the hotel.

Warmly greeted by the front staff when we arrived. Check in was smooth and the front staff gave us plenty of suggestion when we asked for recommendations. The unblock high floor view was really impressive. There’s a photo spot on the roof, with a fee, and you can request the staff to book it for you. 十八梯 and 解放碑was about 8 mins walk away from the hotel. Raffles place was a train stop away. 2 mins walk to the train from the hotel. 下浩里 was on the opposite side, a quick didi ride can get you there.
The room was spacious, had bluetooth ceiling speakers for music. When you check you, they’ll gift you a welcome yoghurt.
One suggestion: hope you could change the shower floor, the grids, to me, feel dirty even though it’s clean. For the shower floor, i’d rate 7/10. The rest of the toilet however, i’ll rate 9.5/10.
