KWHA Hotel is straight to the point service with focus on efficiency, cost effective, high quality, and practical. My booked room with 2 queen size beds are awesome. The hot water shower is stable pressure and temperature set. Breakfast is basic but fulfilling as necessary. Good job KWHA, I appreciate it very much.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the Central Business District. Near all the common attractions. Many fantastic restaurants and street food just beside the hotel. Very clean and excellent service. The all day dining pantry provides breakfast, coffee and tidbits. Highly recommend.

Overall the room was nice and the staff was nice. However, I was charged a “service fee”…. The whole service is the hotel stay. I’ve never stayed anywhere else that required an additional fee. Supposedly this was for the tour we could have signed up for (which we already went to most of the places on the list, and we would have had to pay additional entrance fees at some places), and the ‘free’ afternoon tea, which was pitiful. I honestly can’t understand how this hotel justifies charging an additional fee. I strongly suggest that the hotel removes this service fee and offers the tour for an additional fee. I really don’t know why you put a few tomatoes and boiled eggs out and call it “afternoon tea”…

We also offer a charged one-day tour within the city, and our in-house guests can make their own choices. For guests who sign up for the one-day tour, the front desk will clearly explain everything to them and also provide them with a list of the one-day tour, on which all the self-funded items are clearly marked. If you have any questions, you can call us or let us know on WeChat. The small transportation fee to Zhazi Cave is 20 yuan per person, and lunch is at your own expense (if you want to have lunch with the group, it will be 35 yuan per person). We didn't charge you any service fee. You really wronged us, dear guest.Our afternoon tea offers pastries, biscuits, bread, snacks, beverages, fruits (purchased according to the season), and tea (such as Yongchuan Xiuya tea, Tuo tea, and Laoying tea), etc. I don't understand what was not up to par. I would like to ask you what you think an ideal afternoon tea should be like, so that we can make timely adjustments. Thank you for your feedback. We will report the suggestions you've raised to our superiors. We hope that in the future, we will have the opportunity to provide you with a more satisfactory experience and earn a higher rating.

No complaints with the actual room and hotel itself. Room was very clean and the lobby itself was nice. The location was spectacular and is very convenient as it’s right in the city centre. Only issue was the hotel was in a massive building that is shared with others meaning you have to wait a while for the lift. Trying to go up or down can take awhile and you will have to squeeze with many other people. Not necessarily a major issue but can be quite annoying sometimes.

Rooms were clean and facilities were complete even though the room was smaller. The floor space could just fit two big luggage cases opened up with the floor space but the room size was considered when advertised so we do not have any problem with this.

Fantastic location. 5mins walk to train station. Lots of food option below hotel. Nice fluffy towels. Hot shower. Comfy bed. Free drinks and snacks, Free laundry and dryer. Very helpful front desk service staff. Its so good i came back for more. Got upgraded to a bigger room too! Highly recommended.
