highly recommend!!! rooms are nice and clean, great supper food provided, service was fantastic, we were served by 龚椒 who was very attentive even helped to book attraction tickets for us and ensured we had a comfortable stay. the airport transfer service was very comfortable and safe. will stay here again the next time i visit CQ

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this hotel, I’ve been in China for several years and this is definitely one of the very best I’ve stayed in. From the get go the staff was excellent, especially Hebe from reception who checked us in and gave both my friend and I an upgrade when it turned out his room had a strong smell of cigarette. She was particularly polite and friendly throughout our stay, and we were impressed with the rest of the staff too. The rooms look great, as good as they do on the pictures, and they are spacious and comfortable. Mattresses are of western standard. The location is also excellent, very close to most attractions in the city, and only about 30 minutes from the airport. There is also a Lawson convenience store next door to the hotel, and you can order food deliveries to your door from Meituan. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable for the value you get! I would definitely stay there again on future visits to Chongqing.

Service is excellent by the management team, very helpful, has excellent breakfast selections and mild changes on a daily basis, location wise it's a bit far from the main attractions but you can catch a taxi or didi which takes about 15 mins. It states as an non smoking hotel but you can smell the smokes from the room, we got our room changed immediately by the manager and it sorted our problems Overall it's a good stay

It's within walking distance of many popular attractions, yet it's also tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, providing a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. But what truly sets Hotel Wan Yao apart is the level of personalized service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the bellhops to the concierge, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I really enjoyed the stay despite the gym and pool being closed. The reception allowed me to cancel in time if I wanted to find another place and even gave recommendations to other hotels with an open gym and pool. However, I proceeded to stay because the room was so new and luxurious. The service was spot on, Serena was particularly helpful with constant communication. The evening snack was such a good treat, it was more than a just a "snack," one evening served crayfish, dumplings and bowls of noodles with toppings. I'm incredibly impressed by my visit. I highly recommend.

房間面積和衞生沒得説，最棒的是每天可以水洗三件衣服，冰箱有5種品牌飲料也很棒，早餐品種豐富口味不錯。 槽點是熱水不穩定，洗澡去時忽冷忽熱很不舒服，歡迎水果太潦草，還有住在臨近小區那麪，第一晚半夜狗吠聲不斷，吵的一夜沒睡着，還有管家説有考核，變相的綁架客人給予5分好評讓人不舒服

房間非常乾淨整齊，佈置很温馨，傢俱用具都很新很乾凈，每天管家貼心的詢問是否有衣物要清洗，酒店還加贈了接機跟送站服務，真的是沒得説，第一天重慶遊沒趕上早餐，餐廳準備了路早，第二天早餐非常的豐富，吃不完的糕點餐廳領班特意給準備了餐盒帶出來，各種温馨的服務給酒店總體印象很加分，再來重慶還會選擇萬垚酒店沒有之一，衹為他們帶給我們的這份感動，新年快樂萬垚酒店，新年快樂重慶

服務挺熱情，我們定的房間有車輛接送，司機很熱情，酒店整體中規中矩吧，我們訂的家庭房一張1.8大床➕1.2小床，早餐一般小麪還可以，有夜宵很簡單就吃了一次，住了三天出行都需要打車。每天可以免費洗三件衣服還是很方便。後邊入住的新開業的康萊德酒店，要是多加點錢還是康萊德性價比更高。
