Home2 Suites by Hilton Chongqing Nan'an

Our recent stay at the Chongqing Hilton "Home 2 Suite" was nothing short of exceptional. We were staying at a lovely duplex room on the 6th floor, which was not only beautifully appointed but also very clean. From the moment we arrived, the concierge staff impressed us with their incredible responsiveness and efficiency. They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the staff handled it with professionalism and grace. They promptly supplied us with fans and were genuinely apologetic, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to Mr. Li Feng, who truly went above and beyond to assist us in obtaining medicine for our son when we needed it. His dedication to customer care was remarkable. Additionally, Ms. Yan Ping’s kind and compassionate attitude made a significant difference in our experience. We also want to extend our gratitude to the other English-speaking staff members whose names we unfortunately did not catch. Their politeness and helpfulness were a testament to the high standards of customer service we wish for everywhere. Overall, our stay at the Chongqing Hilton "Home 2 Suite" left us with fond memories, and we are incredibly grateful for the help and support we received from the entire team. We look forward to returning in the future! Thank you all for making our stay so memorable.

They upgraded us from the double bed to the loft, our 14 years old son likes having his space 😆. Lots of shops and lots of place to eat near by, walking streets and subway line 3 is also very close.

Cleanliness can be improved, bathroom smells a little weird. Location and price is good, and service is generally friendly and helpful. Managed to get a room upgrade. Breakfast quality was ok but variety is lacking, and fitness centre is fine. Overall a pleasant stay

The location was in more Chinese district with nothing around for Westerners which makes it difficult to eat if you don’t like Chinese food. The outside of the hotel was noisy very late at night meaning people talking loud till late. Little amenities in the room like only black tea being very Chinese. The breakfast was very Chinese not really catering to Westerners at all. Affiliated with the Hilton group but not really at all like Hilton Hotel. The rooms were modern and towels etc all new in good condition. The tv again all Chinese not in English and despite hotel staff gave me assistance I couldn’t get on the hotel wifi being annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d look at the Radisson for not much more in cost and better location.
