ห้องเก่า ส่งคีย์มาครั้งแรกก็ส่งผิดห้อง และยังส่งห้องที่มีประตูconnecting ไม่บอกกล่าวตั้งแต่แรก และที่อันตรายไปมากกว่านั้นก็คือ ประตูconnecting สามารถเปิดได้ด้วย ไม่ได้มากับอีกห้องแต่เขาพยายามจะเปิดมาและรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยเลย ทำไมถึงทำแบบนี้ เงินก็จ่ายทุกบาททุกสตางค์ คำขอโทษจากการส่งห้องผิดครั้งแรกก็ไม่มี...มีแต่การเปลี่ยนคีย์การ์ดให้ หากใครคิดจะมาพัก อยากให้คิดดีๆนะคะ เหมือนเล่นขายของ Bad experience bad service.Firstly they send wrong room I found the room is not clean and housekeeping didn't clean room then I contact frontdesk they just handle new key afterthat we found that the room have connectingdoor but around midninght other room try to open connectingdoor is so baddddd is not good for guest why the hotel do like this .!!!!!!!!!!! If you need to book this hotel be careful!!!!!!!!!!
