這個地方好方便，機場開車來1：30小時，我入住的是帳篷型，好特別。沒有蚊！好好！只是下雨便會好嘈！不過体驗好好！好美！晚上，可以去游泳池用餐。下次可以再去,可以介紹比朋友。

1.酒店整體硬件設施中等，房間硬件較差，裝修簡樸用料差，牙刷硬刷的牙齦疼，紙片拖鞋，連桌椅都沒有，房間跟價格不符。
2.每天都要問是否需要打掃房間，即使已經按亮打掃燈掛了打掃牌，人不在房間都要打電話追着問。打掃房間不是酒店每天都需要做的嗎？
3.泳池音樂每晚放到11點，房間隔音不好。
4.陽台門鎖釦晃晃就能滑開，酒店位置較偏，晚上會有點不踏實。
5.提前兩天訂的房，原本應該訂3晚，訂房時選錯日期後面多選了訂成4晚，5分鐘內致電攜程請求幫忙跟酒店溝通能否取消最後一晚，攜程服務很好，溝通了兩天，但酒店就是不同意修改，我們衹好調整機票後續行程。結果最後一晚的白天中午酒店打電話來讓我們退房？真是搞笑，之前死活不同意，結果看週五生意好想讓我們退房？錢付了，退房不退錢的那種退房，也不管客人後續能不能再重新安排。
6.酒店服務人員都挺好的，就一個可能是酒店男經理態度怪怪的，每天打電話問打掃房間和讓我們提前退房的都是他。

Arrived at Atlantis Manor Hotel at 7PM on 1-01-2025 checked into an overpriced, overrated room for 6,000 bht (U$ 175 p/nite) including breakfast 2 adults. The WiFi and TV did not work during our 18 hr long stay. My 5yr old had to pay 500 bht (U$15.00) extra for a sparse breakfast brunch 1 slice of toast & bacon. At checkout we were told minimum credit charge allowed was no less than 1,000 bht (U$30.00) but after arguing they agreed to 550 bht charge. The Hotel (26 rooms) is a beautiful contemporary design with disco music blaring all day long which stopped when we asked them. Seafood Club Restaurant next door food was Superb with a nice beach fire show performance. We were very disappointed and I’m sure in time they will improve their ratings. Bruce W. I went there with my boyfriend, he really enjoy sport activities there ,we did wake surf and Jet ski. Its Amazing place , wonderful hospitality, comfy room clean nice decoration and also variety of delicious breakfast , I would love to visit there again 🥰

What a good vibes ! 💕 Near BKK . Chonburi hotel ,a room with sea view ,large swimming pool ,and good breakfast buffet . There are seafood restaurent near hotel named “ Seafood Club Bangsaen ” great fresh seafood and tasty ! Moreover, The restaurant also has a fire show.
