i loved cyprus so much there is shops and things to do like foot-golf around the area. my favourite part has to be the all inclusive food buffet and the waterpark. there is lots of varies of food and many diffrrent waterslides for different ages.there is a whole area for littler ones with smaller slides and a little pool. the snacks were very nice it varied from chicken nuggets and chips to jelly abd other desserts.there is a shop in the center of the hotel which is very handy, it sells any eseentails you could need even just for around the pool. the staff is very polite and freindly. i like the many pools there are and the other restaurants to go fo inside the hotel, other than the all inclusive buffet. ive been to quite a few places like spain, turkey and greece a good few times and this is by far my favourite hotel and holiday

We had a great time here, all of the family loved it. We loved the Waterpark and the pools, the food in all the restaurants was of an incredibly high standard with so much variety catering for all tastes. We thought that all the staff were so helpful and friendly toward us, thank you to everyone there who works so hard. We would definitely love to return one day. Thank you Laura Hotel

Amazing experience. Cleanliness - 10/10. Maids cleaned room everyday and made bed, could not fault. Even the surroundings were well kept daily via staff, cleaners, gardeners etc Food - 10/10. The variety and different cultures it incorporated. Loved how there was hot food pre packed and in heater through day (hot dogs, nuggets etc) available to pick to hand near pool also! Great for kids. Entertainment - Small stage however layout allowed parents to sit at table and see kids comfortably. Tiered seating also available. Kids enjoyed. Lacked adult entertainment later at night, mostly music but hey, long as the bars open ! Kids slides etc - brilliant. The water park was great and discovered 4th pool round the back at end of holiday! Great mini water park for toddlers to. Kids park also which is shaded - great when toddlers want out sun. Round baby pool was shaded also which was great option. Kids club - great option and very secure with locked gate, staff ensured kids entering and exiting were monitered etc. my kids wouldnt let me leave them but kids who didnt mind, I wouldnt have any worries of doing so. General - Lots of Scots there during our trip which loved as a fellow Scottish person! Met amazing people and loved the family orientated vibe. Safety - I have to comment how impressed I was. Due to it being a huge hotel, I noticed on 2 occasions two little ones losing their parents in restaurant, the staff were so aware and attentive in ensuring these kids were safe and found their parents. Shop on lower ground - has everything you need and perfect ! Location - amazing location. You walk down path and your right on the beach! Lovely path you can walk right along, which I did each morning with a coffee. Would 10000% go back. Just wish it didnt take so long to fly (bad flyer)

The hotel is absolutely great. Has all you can possibly need, restaurants, cinema, waterpark, night club. We enjoyed our stay . Kids loved the mini disco, we loved the dancing show in the evening. Food was absolutely divine. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, we slept like babies. We will be back xxx

We stayed as a family of 4 including a 1 year old for a week. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Reading previous reviews I was worried about the air conditioning but I had a room on the 3rd floor and it worked pretty fine, only one night there was an issue but apart from that our room was the perfect temperature. Yes, the lobby and dining rooms can get abit hot but it wasn’t an issue for us as a family. The reason I have rated it as a 4 out of 5 is because of the following: Cons No bottled water!!!!! I feel this should have been provided as it got expensive buying bottled water at the hotel shop. In a different country I wouldn’t trust the water if it’s not bottled. My son loved the kids club but the timings were abit odd. It’s closed between 12-3pm. So he only went twice because of his sleep patterns. The food variety was very good, as a vegaterian I did sometimes struggle with food options. There’s so much salad and vegetables I can eat. There were options of mains but it was only one vegi main I felt. - the hotel is not beachfront, it’s sold like that and one of the reasons I chose it. It is seafront but there is no beach. To access the beach you have to walk to a public area. Pros -The biggest asset of the hotel is no doubt the staff. A big shout out to the restaurant staff. They worked tirelessly and were always there to help with a smile. Thank you. - Little Italy snack bar had the best caramel frappe (just like Starbucks) and stone baked pizza. It’s just a shame it closed at 5.30pm. -very good range of food for non veg. Extensive selection of salads. Only thing I would say is if food could be labelled to clearly state veg or non veg. Some foods I couldn’t make out what they were. -plenty of sunbeds available. -rooms cleaned daily and the lady who cleaned our room was very attentive, she always asked if we needed anything. -kids disco very good? My 1 year old loved it. I feel the adult entertainment could be improved. Around the hotel there are only a few shops. There is nothing much to do around the hotel. Taxis can get expensive to the harbour so I would suggest the bus. On the whole a pleasant stay and I would definetly recommend the hotel.

We had a 5th floor room and my review is all about my house keeping service by Milena Artemis.i was ill for the first few days but this lady was absolutely amazing, everyday she came in to clean and tidy the room, she made towel animals everyday ,she was polite and courteous always with a smile.Milena made my stay a pleasure
