We just got married here (10.10.2024) and are blown away with how amazing this place is. The rooms are lovely and clean, the food was incredible, and the staff were attentive, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we all had what we needed. The venue itself is so beautiful and peaceful, the whole place made the wedding experience incredible and many guests commented how impressed they were with the place. I recommend staying here to enjoy the scenery, surroundings and the food!! Even just pop here for the restaurant to taste the amazing food. Thank you so much for an amazing few days 💖

We were very disappointed. We booked this venue exclusively for our wedding and whilst visually it was everything we wanted the service we received did not live up to the expectation. We checked in to the hotel and were given one key to the apartment my fiance forgot the key and it turns out that you cannot open the door without a key. We found ourselves locked out of our room at 9.30pm we went to reception they were closed we went to the bar they were closed even though advertised to be open until 10pm there were not staff on site. When we booked the venue and received out contracts not once did it state that all staff are unavailable from 8pm onwards thankfully my parents had booked in the venue the night before or we would have been sleeping on sun loungers with an 8 month old baby. We slept on the pull out couch and floor in their room and when we told staff what happened they still charged us for the nights stay even though they did not answer the emergency number on the reception door to help us! On the day after our wedding as we were checking out we were shocked with a surprise bill as I went through it, it didn't make sense I explained the contract we had with the venue to the receptionist and test the amount they were asking for was paid for. He replied so rudely that he had not seen the contract and that it was with the owner not him. I asked to speak with the owner and he came out and did some maths from his head scribbled a number pointed at the rooming list and walked away without a word to me. I was shocked I pulled the paper toward me tool out my phone and calculated the amount showing it to the receptionist that we had paid the correct amount and demanded the owner calculate it with a calculator. He disappeared in to the back room and came back barely apologied the error and the upset they caused. The venue is beautiful and it is clear they rely heavily on that for their business and customer service is not a concern for them. In saying that I need to call out the young man who served us dinner the first night and brought the refreshments for the bridesmaids to our room he was so polite and friendly. The women who served us breakfast although she did not speak English she was so friendly and we could understand all the well meanings she gave to us and our children she was a lovely women. I hope that the Nico the owner sees our review and can ensure no other couple have this experience on their wedding day

The accommodation and food were unbelievably good. This place is one of the best places We’ve ever stayed at. Incredible location, superb accommodation, unique swimming pool, restaurant unbelievably good - and exceptional value. Can’t recommend highly enough

Although clearly a touristic place.. very rustic setting .. absolutely stunning pasta! Rarely eaten such good pasta .. actually tried them all .. good local Wine … very kind staff... excellent value for money

Ci siamo fermati al ristorante dopo aver visitato l'abbazia e l'eremo adiacenti..siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall'ottima cucina tipica Toscana e dalla cordialità e professionalità del personale. Lo consigliamo sicuramente a chi visita questi bellissimi luoghi e a chi cerca lo "star bene a tavola"

Siamo stati con tutta la famiglia ospiti ad un evento in questo luogo meraviglioso. Molto bella la location, ben curata e con molte attenzioni nei particolari. La qualità del cibo servito al ristorante e al bar sono di un buon livello. Peccato che il tutto sia stato rovinato dalle scortesie e la maleducazione di un cameriere incontrato sia al ristorante che durante tutto il ricevimento, sin sa subito in quanto addetto al beverage in una calda giornata estiva, molti dei familiari hanno notato l’antipatia sel personaggio! Peccato, avremmo voluto allungare il soggiorno ma per questo motivo abbiamo preferito spostarci in un’altra struttura simile.
