Fantastic experience: lovely venue, great culinary food , comfortabele rooms & good beds, all very lovely people, really excerionally good. A great wine tasting by Muga. All we could wish for and more! Thank you so much Spitalerhof! We will definitely be back!

I can’t even be bothered to write all the things that was wrong with this place! First of all, it’s so close to the road, people smoke everywhere and anywhere, I saw a child on my balcony running around, how he got there I won’t know. The food, was so bland and cold, bed bugs found in room, hair in food, young kids working serving food with hands!! Shocked 😮 breakfast area average. Only nice person in that hotel that was a 18 years old girl called Karen. Racist staff members towards my family. I will ensure everyone knows how bad they deal with things and issues. AVOID

Where do I even begin!! Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for a week as it was our family holiday! Things were well until we started noticing serious hygiene issues, over summer they hire young kids and don’t train them properly! Several times a young guy gave me chips with hands, then twice there was hair found in my food, there is dog that is constantly present and jumps on chairs and steals your food, and the biggest issue is the bed bugs!! And this is why I’m writing this review because I can’t even explain what a gift I got just before coming home. I started having spots and itchiness while I slept in the room, which I thought I had allergic reaction, upon my arrival home, I went to doctors who told me that I had been bitten by bed bugs, I wrote to the hotel, and they told me that there were no issues and their reply on email was that not every day towels, bedsheets are cleaned. I left mine on floor and cleaner picked it up and put it back on rack. I was shocked of the service I was provided and their response they provided. I never expected this service!! I’m a travel blogger myself and I mostly write amazing blogs about beautiful places, I am sad this this will be my first ever negative blog about such service. I have doctors proof and images.

Se mi chiedessero di consigliare un hotel in zona Dolomiti, non avrei alcun dubbio: Spitalerhof sarebbe la risposta! Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti. Che dire, un gioiellino. Dal design al comfort della camera, dai servizi offerti al personale, è stato tutto perfetto. Iniziamo dalla camera, una junior suite completamente in legno, con elementi di design che la rendono moderna ma allo stesso tempo calda e accogliente. Abbiamo preso il pacchetto mezza pensione e quindi abbiamo avuto modo di provare la cucina. Inutile dire che i piatti erano tutti gustosissimi, il menu differente ogni giorno e il servizio veloce e attento. L’hotel vanta un proprio vigneto di diversi ettari e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di degustare diversi tipi di vini propri durante un’ottima degustazione gratuita organizzata dall’hotel. Nonostante fossimo gli unici italiani, non ci siamo sentiti esclusi perché il proprietario ha svolto la degustazione in due lingue, italiano e tedesco, rendendoci partecipi in ogni momento. Da menzionare anche la spa, una chicca rigenerante dopo le giornate passate sulle piste. Ottima la colazione, completa di tutto, con prodotti a km zero, diversi tipi di pane, marmellate, salumi e sezione uova. Un ultimo complimento va al proprietario e a tutto il suo staff che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno una vacanza da ricordare. Grazie. Desiree e Alberto

Als Stammgast kann ich mir ein besseres Zimmer vorstellen. Im 2. Stock ist man sich vorgekommen wie im Keller da man nur an eine Betonwand geschaut hat. Der jun. Chef hat es auch nicht mehr nötig zu grüßen weder auf der Strasse noch im Hotel.. Priorität hat nur noch der Wein und nicht mehr der Hausgast. Schade!

Francamente delusa. La mia camera "nuovissima" così nuova non sembrava, soprattutto il bagno con piastrelle e box doccia in plastica datato. Arrivo con giornate di piogge torrenziali e chiedo subito accesso alla spa visto che avevo la mattina libera: spa aperta solo poche ore al pomeriggio. Assurdo. Accappatoio? A pagamento. No piscina, no palestra. Chiedo per un late check out: impossibile. Insonorizzazione pessima: ho dormito con gli occupanti della camera a fianco: si sentiva anche bisbigliare! Dopo una notte insonne ( i vicini avevano da fare...), alle 8 in punto mi bussano alla porta: nemmeno faccio in tempo a dire qualcosa che un bel signore straniero mi spalanca la porta trovandomi in mutande. Squallido! Seconda sera avviso che non ceno in struttura: mi hanno fatto pagare la cena lo stesso.. ah ultimo ma non ultimo: una bottiglia d'acqua e un calice di vino che credo avesse meno di 20 ml all'interno.. ben 19 euro. No, decisamente non tornerò

Albergo strategico per chi gira il trentino in moto. Bella la struttura . ottima La cordialità dei proprietari di casa . Il ristorante nella media ma che fa la differenza é la colazione. Davvero ottima. Nota di merito alle ragazze di sala . Parcheggio coperto e al chiuso . Piccola piscina e zona wellness che non abbiamo usufruito. Belle le camere e comodo letto. Cosa volere di più? Complimenti

L’ hotel ha al suo interno un ristorante dove l’atmosfera il calore e l’ospitalità fanno diventare la cena un’esperienza di gusto e sapori. Un menu degustazione di alta classe con abbinamento di vini produzione propria fanno sì che la serata diventi in esaltazioni di sapori gusti e relax.
