I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The room i was assigned was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust and stains on the furniture and bedding. Additionally, the hot water was not working, which made for an uncomfortable shower experience. On the positive side, the staff were responsive and did their best to address my concerns promptly. They were polite and tried to resolve the issues, but ultimately, the lack of cleanliness and the hot water issue really impacted my stay. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects for future guests.

Ac problem bathroom problem hotel needs more maintainence. Swimming pool is not that clean.

Rooms were not very hygienic. Bed rolls should have been changed. They have changed us for using swimming pool. Which was not mentioned any where other wise. Generally it is a complimentary at every property.

It is a ********** rather than a resort or a hotel. Have to struggle a lot to get hot water for bathing. Rooms are also not very attractive. Advantage is its location, being placed next to national highway. And being outside the city, the place is very quiet.
