Staff is very bad behaviour their is no service and also very poor poor hygiene. Room was dirty. My breakfast is not ready on time

This place needs lot of maintenance and cleanliness. You'll get just a room and no complementary utilities are available such as toiletries and mineral water. You'll be charged for everything. Wi-fi was not working and instead of raising the issue, nothing was done.

This property needs lot of maintenance and cleaning. It's costly keeping view the room and service. Wi-fi here is a very erratic. I had a lot of problem with internet connection.

Location was good in karwi market. Taste wise food was good. Complimentary breakfast can be better as having good customer base. Staff was very down to earth and cooperative. Hygiene was ok but can be better specially area in which cupboard was there. Geyser was not working and water flow in tab was also slow. Delux room was not value for money.

According to the price service was not good, room, bed sheet, toilet is not clean, kately milk powder sugar, tea was not available at room, manager says this service is not complementary, toilet tabs and shower is corrosion pipes.

Hotel is very good and in good location. Rooms are very good, neat and clean. Room service is also excellent and person at reception was very co-operation and humble. Restaurant of hotel is very good neat and clean. Food quality is very good. We really enjoyed during our stay and we recommend to stay in this hotel.

My one sentence feedback may be 'pricewise it's not a good hotel '. The room is very congested. The washroom is not appreciable. Complementary breakfast is for 'name shake. Yes! the room level staff is good.
