Exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and cosy. Staff were helpful and friendly. We brought 2 dogs with us and they had beds set up for them plus bowl-ful of treats. Most hotels we stayed charged extra for pets but they nothing was offered to make them feel welcomed. Lots of lovely restaurants and walks nearby and plenty of parking outside. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Beautiful Rooms, but in some need a bit of TLC. Room was easily adjusted for heat. Tea and Coffee free in the rooms, but it was unclear how much the mini bottles of alcohol and snacks were, the room booklet said there were prices in it but there was not. Had a bad nights sleep as I could hear someone's TV. The pillows were not comfortable. The bed was too firm. Notes in the bathroom saying use the products but if you take them you will be charged, I understand but it's a bit off-putting. Toilet was very noisy when flushed or when the people in the next room flushed. Doors left open to cleaning cupboards on the path to the rooms.

Really nice rooms with great facilities. Choice of bars - an adults only or one which allows children, beer is well looked after and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Although it's a little pricey, I do feel that this is reflected in the standard of the rooms and the service you recieve. And it's greater London! Stayed here many times and will be back again. Can recommend!

Great place to stay, plenty of parking and very comfortable rooms. All the team were friendly and helpful. Great choice of food and very tasty. We were made to feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking to stay again. Thank you for looking after us so well.

A very welcoming and friendly place to stay with lovely staff. I Stayed here for several nights and really enjoyed . First nights in a cosy room-Very nicely decorated, comfortable and very quiet even though it faced a busy road. Full range of teas and coffee, and complementary mini chocolate brownies a lovely addition. For a further 2 nights we were upgraded to the suite - which is an amazing huge space with an incredible Georgian ceiling and huge bathroom. We would return !

Had a lovely stay at the Bulls Head, Chislehurst. Stayed for five nights as have family/ friends locally. Room spotless, bed, pillows very comfy. Food great, room service available. Nice touches such as kettle and hot drinks available in the room. Staff Friendly and helpful. Parking available. Would definitely return.

The hotel was recommended to me by a colleague and I must say it was fantastic, the hotel is very comfortable and the room was amazing, the food was out of this world and the breakfast one of the best I’ve ever had, the staff are very professional and friendly and I would recommend this hotel as one of the best I’ve stayed in.

Really lovely room with very friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast! Our check in was seamless- and the room small but very comfy with nice touches such as the home made brownies waiting for us! the pub has a lovely garden where we met friends and had a drink. There was a wedding going on, so a bit of noise during the night but not too bad. Thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed on a Saturday night whilst attending a 40th anniversary event. Arrived circa 13.40, was told too early for check-in. Left bags in a small foyer area whilst going into the bar for a quick drink while waiting. Bar staff were friendly, but beer was very warm. When re-attending reception, there was a problem with the card machine. We were getting close to the start time of our event, but we're held at reception, even though we made the suggestion to access the room and pay later. After this, things got much better. The room was nice, clean, fresh, and had climate control. Good selection of snacks available to buy. Tea and coffee making. The function room was delightfully made up. The catering was lovely. Staff were friendly. Breakfast next day, Wow, awesome. Nicelycooked, well presented, the waitress was delightful. There is a car park.
