The hotel is located in the Malina Mică neighborhood, close to the hospitals and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy. Although it's about a 45-minute walk from Chișinău city center, it's convenient for those with business in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a complimentary bottle of water provided daily. The reception staff—especially Corina, Sabina, and others—were very friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout our stay. That said, I would strongly recommend including breakfast in the room rate. Given the limited dining options nearby, most guests will likely eat at the hotel. Currently, breakfast feels overpriced—10 euros (around 200 MDL) for a simple omelet, coffee, and water, with only one hot and one cold drink included. If you want both tea and coffee, there's an extra charge. For comparison, similar meals cost around 100 MDL in some of the best restaurants in Chișinău. This pricing strategy may leave guests feeling a bit misled. A buffet breakfast would be a much more appealing and fair option. The restaurant itself is okay, but nothing particularly special. Another downside is the soundproofing—morning noise from the hallway or nearby rooms can be easily heard.

I had a very nice experience in this Hotel.Was scared by previous review.But in reality it was better than I expected. Highly recommend. Great Customer service and very professional staff. Tasty food and comfortable bed.i slept there well.Clean and fresh.

The design of the rooms is very nice and they are very spacious. Unfortunately this is the end of my account of the hotel advantages. Hotel itself is situated rather far from the city centre and there is nothing especially noteworthy around. So, one needs to think twice what is the purpose of their stay in Chisinau to choose this hotel. Its rooms are unusually spacy which is here actually a drawback rather than an advantage. All of them, as well as corridors, have hard flooring and are modestly equipped by furniture. This creates the "loudspeaker effect" so you can hear every step made and every word said in all the rooms around your one and in the corridor. When I checked in along with a couple of other there were three girls behind the front desk but only one did the registration out the other two just looked over her shoulder to the comp. First I fought there was some kind of problem, but when I saw the same picture several times afterwards I realised that there is something wrong with the organisation. Only one of them spoke English and so there was a problem to solve anything. No matter what I needed I had to wait until they found the English-speaker. But the main problem was with breakfast, which is not provided by the hotel but by the enclosed restaurant. So you need to pay extra 10€ for it. It wouldnot be a problem if it was a buffet breakfast. Unfortunately it is served and you can choose only from pre-arranged choices. So, if you are in a died, no chance to have appropriate breakfast. What's more, only one beverage goes with the offer. In case you want juice and coffee, you need to pay extra for one or the other. And that is really strange after paying 10€ for breakfast in one of the pooriest countries in Europe. If I wanted scrambled eggs, cheese and joghurt the hotel manager needed to get in touch with the restaurant manager and arrange for it. But still, considering the price, the breakfast was experience in the hotel is ludicrous. Anyway, when asked by a friend, I would definitely recommend another hotel. There is really wide choice of less expensive hotels, closer to the center and with much better services (though probably not that fancy).

Мне попался номер без окна или с маленьким окном ,где свет еле попадает и ощущение что в подвале .За 5 т мало удовольствия ,хоть и симпатичный номер .Слышно очень как двери открывают и закрывают ,муравьи откуда то появились на следующий день.Плюсы -персонал очень отзывчивый ,хороший .Кухня хорошая .В других номерах не была с балконом ,там наверно нормально.

Мне очень понравился отель,очень удобный вариант размещения перед вылетом,расположен недалеко от аэропорта,в тихом районе.Персонал очень приветлив,помогли с повторным бронированием,с парковкой.Рецепция работает круглосуточно,что тоже большой плюс Номера огромные,удобные,очень большая кровать. Свежий ремонт, чистые Ещё одним из приятных моментов- комплимент от отеля в виде водички и бутылочки красного вина,кстати очень приятного на вкус.Однозначно рекомендую
