This unique cottage is located steps away from the shore of 3 mile pond. Located on Sandy point the entire shoreline has a sandy bottom which is perfect for recreating on the water. Kayaks(provided for a fee)can easily be launched and it is a perfect place for young children to play in the water. Wonderful cottage and property! We enjoyed relaxing on the vast screened-in front porch, direct access to the lake and beach, and taking advantage of the amenities provided such as the kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, and grill. Hosts were very responsive and kind.

Great Location!
Had a really great time while in the area for a wedding. Pond location with access to kayaks, small beach front, and fire pit was perfect for our occasion. Love listening to the loons while sipping coffee and watching the sunrise!

Peaceful and perfect
We so enjoyed our stay! The cottage had plenty of room for four people, and we cooked in every day. The kitchen is easy to use, the screened in porch is divine and we really loved the fire pit! Highly recommend!

A great camp for family stay
The property was very nice meeting all our needs. The view of the lake from the gorgeous screened porch and the gas fire log were great! A highly recommed cottage!

Wonderful Home
This was a wonderful lake house. The owner had good communication and clearly takes proper care of the home. It was clean and stocked with necessary items. It was a very relaxing place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

GREAT vacation spot!
If you are looking for a great sport for a couples getaway or a family vacation on the lake, then this is the spot tot book. Great views, incredible location, and lots of activities nearby to do. The lake is awesome! The host is is great, responsive, and very accommodating.
