The Serai Chikmagalur

One of the best resorts near bangalore. Serene, luxurious, top notch quality & hygiene. The villas are simply awesome. Visited with full family and stayed at their biggest villa called the residence. It had a pool, jacuzzi, bath tub, dining room, living room, 2 beautifully designed huge rooms and spacious bathrooms. What makes Serai special is not just the luxurious stay but also the passionate and lovely people that work there. Mr Gagan, Mr Pradeep, Mr Wilfred all ensured our stay and food were perfect. Cannot recollect some more names but all the people there were amazingly hospitable. They truly made our time there memorable. Miss Suma at the play area ensured my kid had a lot of fun. She taught her some lovely craft and engaged her in fun games. Me and my husband could spend time playing snooker while she engaged our kid in all fun activities in a safe space. Very sweet lady with a sweet smile and completely trustworthy. Great place & lovely staff. Would highly recommend to all.

We had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay at the resort in early March. The atmosphere was calm and serene, which made for the perfect getaway. Our child had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the swimming pool attached to our room. Ms Suma, from the kids' care team, was amazing with our little one. She not only ensured our child was well cared for but also taught her how to make beautiful silk thread bangles and a creative paper cup basket—such thoughtful and fun activities! Mr.Pradeep who explained about the different coffees had a good knowledge of them. The spa team also did a good job. The chefs at the resort were incredibly accommodating, always open to our suggestions and preferences, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very memorable stay, and we highly recommend this resort for families looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service.
