Mejor imposible todo muy bien la piscina expetacular experiencia para repartir pronto

Encantada.

Lovely hotel staff from reception to housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. Rooms absolutely spotless and cleaned every couple of days. Pool area very well looked after Did not use main restaurant but ate in the Gastro bar good food and service reasonably priced. Only drawback is that there is not much locally to do unless you have a car which we didn’t and the bus gets very busy.

The hotel is very well located, close to the Barrosa beach, with plenty of free space to park the car. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the beach, and the hotel has a shuttle service every 20 minutes to and from the beach with a tiny little "train" which our kids found lovely. We (2 adults and 3 kids) lodged on a villa: very well maintained and equipped buildings, in the hotel garden. It gave a sense of freedom and peace that we appreciated a lot during our stay. The pool is rather simple, and spacious enough, although it could become a crowded in the peak of high season. The restaurant offers quite a variety of food: we appreciated the simple cuisine with very good raw material, and there was a variety of choice for us all. The fish was very good, each day. The Barrosa beach is awesome. The personnel is very friendly. We'll definitely come back again.

It was a very good experience, great staff. The house (Villa) and surroundings were beautiful and very well maintained. Only point to improve is the restaurant. It could be have more variety along the week. After some days, we got tired of the same food. Also some confusion with big queues to buffet, since the hotel hosted some teens school excursions that flooded the restaurant and pool...

-Food was poor of quality and no variety. We had half board and it was extremely boring to go back to the same items daily. No thematic nights at all, no shellfish _Wifi did mot work _Cleaning service only done every 3 days, therefore I stayed 5 and only one time my room was cleaned! This is absurd! -Except for flamenco singers, entertainment was also very poor of quality! Had to call for toilet paper … Pool closes at 8PM

This hotel was a big surprise we enjoyed this moment the room are good the pool is stunning and the location perfect.

Great hotel for families with young children,the "Animacion" team were really keen and the kids seemed to really love them.Good pool but opening hours were odd ,11am to 7pm,strange for a family hotel. Location is remote from Sancti Petri and no location maps etc supplied to help locate same.Great little train supplied for beach,works well and enjoyable,beach beautiful and clean.It is not a swimming beach as the water is very disturbed for some distance out but everybody enjoys the breaking waves

The apartment was nice and cosy. The furniture needs to be refurbished, as it is a little dated although everything was in good working order. The night animation was nice to spend the time in family. The gardens on the hotel were very nice.

For the price you cannot fault this hotel, the rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained. The food was good and varied. The service and entertainment was also good. The main downside is the location that is 10 minutes walk to the beach next to a deserted shopping mall. Also the pool was slightly cold, but it was late October so to be expected.

Nos hemos vuelto unos habituales de la cadena Ilunion. Empezó siendo por su condición de Petfriendly pero realmente cada vez nos gustan más cosas. El personal del Ilunion Sancti Petri ha sido muy atento, he de mencionar al personal del restaurante Atlántica que siempre te recibía con un comentario amable o signando (punto positivo a la inclusión) y por supuesto a las personas de recepción tanto la primera que nos recibió al llegar como la persona que nos dio las fantásticas indicaciones para poder ir a visitar Cádiz en época de procesiones, con coche y con perro que era una combinación bastante compleja. Gracias a ella pudimos disfrutar de la ciudad sin inconvenientes. Repetiremos pronto en otro Ilunion pero a este volveremos seguro.

No volveré. No informan de que no incluyen artículos básicos de higiene (cepillo, cuchilla, etc.), el QR para consultar servicios no funciona y te cobran 1 € por cambiar toallas de piscina sin avisar. Hay carteles poco visibles donde dicen que no se hacen responsables de tus objetos, algo ilegal. Además, prohíben comida o bebida del exterior en la piscina. El ascensor roto, losas sueltas y escaleras de piscina inestables. Atención fría y sin soluciones reales. Muy decepcionante.

Explico los que nos ha ocurrido en nuestra estancia. Nos dieron habitación 021 la cual es la habitación que da justo a la bajada del buffet, hasta ahí todo bien. El problema viene cuando desde las 6,30 - 7,00h empieza a desfilar grupos de deportista y grupos que van de excursión, por la bajada de chapa que da justo a la habitación, imposible poder seguir durmiendo. Llamamos a recepción para dar las quejas y volvimos a dar las quejas a las 12 cuando tuvimos que dejar la habitación, la respuesta que tuvimos de la chica de recepción es que a ella también le ocurrió en un hotel que fue..me parece vergonzoso que les importe muy poco el cliente que venimos a descansar y desconectar. No volveremos a venir.
