It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff.
Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available.
Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point.
Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned.
I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time.
suggestions:
(1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues.
(2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

酒店雖然看起來有些舊但房間乾淨設施齊全，早上有開往幕張messe等地方的擺渡車很方便，早餐也比較豐富，餐廳的工作人員很熱情，知道我是外國人之後還幫我拿了一些納豆和梅子推薦給我，非常感謝😊

夏フェス参戦の際に利用しました。大浴場にはサウナ、マッサージ機や漫画もありゆったり過ごせました！疲れがよく取れました◎シャトルバスも大変助かりました。また利用したいです！

建物はとても古いです。高速道路が近いので騒音の気になる人は、寝られないかも？
コンセントも一つしかなく、机の上に鏡もないので困った。トイレのゴミ箱の蓋が汚くて触るのに抵抗があった。
朝食が付いていたが、ご飯と味噌汁以外は冷めている。
洋食はパンが冷めて硬くなっていた。
友達の部屋には、Gが出たらしです。
駅からも徒歩圏内でスタッフさんは優しかったですが！

施設は古いが、清掃が行き届いており清潔感を感じられて昔からのホテルという感じが良かった。
大浴場（サウナあり）もあり、部屋にも風呂が付いているので好きな方を利用できて良かった。
立地も、駅から徒歩１０分もかからず、分かりやすい場所にあって良かった。
気になる点と言えば、周りがラブホテルが隣接しているので、一人旅では気にならなかったが、子供連れは気まずいかも？って程度だった。
総合的に、とても
満足できる宿だった。

予約時喫煙の部屋しか空いてなかったんですが、チェックインの際、禁煙の部屋に変えて頂きました。
古さは仕方ないとは思いました。
大浴場はたまたまだとは思いますが、洗い場が満員でしばらく待つ羽目になりました。
サウナは良かったです。
幕張メッセまでシャトルバスが出ていたのはありがたかったです。
