Smooth check in and was given the hotel room at level 2 facing the swimming pool. As it was during winter season, the pool was not opened so it was quite peaceful.there are quite a lot of food nearby and all are within walkable distance(10-15 mins kind) . can consider renting a scooter to drive around to explore the city. Overall all a decent experience

Positives - Nice, clean rooms that still look pretty new - good sound insulation (outside the window, and outside the room) - nice small touches for Christmas (small card and goodie bag waiting in the room, complimentary piano and flute performance coupled with milk tea and mulled wine) Negatives - breakfast variety limited (almost the same food for both days. Decent taste wise -

nice location, only a few mins walk to night market. Hotel rooms are spacious and staff is helpful. generally value for money at Jiayi. will come back to this hotel.

Clean and new with bathtub. 10-15mins away from Wenhua night market. Nice turkey rice nearby as well.

Food is nice and especially the indoor plants. Tranquil dinning. Morning sun from the windows of the hotel room great!

The hotel room is super clean. Bedroom and bath room is very spacious. Bath tub is provided. The only improvement area will be the breakfast - limited choices.

I like the location, which is near the traditional market, where you can enjoy delicious food. The room design and space are also good.

Modern hotel at a very reasonable price! However the pool wasn’t open during our stay and the gym facilities are small (2 treadmills and a bike, no equipment)

Very pleasant and relaxing staying over a night, even my family arrived late and very like the interior design... The only thing I am thinking of is that, it would be better if the heavy carpet floor can be replaced by light fresh wood floor.... Thanks!

Surprised that in the rural Chiayi there is this relatively high end hotel with top quality - very clean, spacious, and has everything you need. Good decoration within the hotel overall.

Clean room and facilities were modern/clean/affordable plus its convenient location.

Room was spacious and clean. Particularly enjoyed the spacious toilet and bathtub.
