The hotel bedding was very dirty, and despite informing the front desk, no action was taken. Additionally, the room and bathroom were very small. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location is good. Staff not friendly. Bed linen not appropriate. Bath towel stained. Air con not working well.

Great location which nearby Chiayi train station. Service was good and welcoming even though we check-in late and we get some free drinks from the reception! However, we faced that our room door lock was not functioning well, hence we called the reception for help and they provide us a spare key for temporary card access. We are quite satisfied with their breakfast, there are plenty of dishes. Just to share some personal thought, we realised there's light magnitude during night time which we can feel the building is shaking but do not face any problem so far XD

Location was good. Really good restaurants and massage stores nearby. Recommend for a quick stay.

Very strategic and easy to reach from the station, diverse and quite good dishes.

Conveniently located, just five minutes walk from acjiayi train station. Clean rooms. Check in a bit slow. But otherwise good

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Chiayi Train Station, with 小北百貨 and a 7-11 nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive—they kindly allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip much easier. They also went out of their way to prepare extra pillows when we requested them, and had them ready by the time we returned from dinner. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of western and ********* options. While the food was decent, it was filling enough to start our day. The hotel is also within a 15-minute walk to the night market, making it easy to explore local food and shops. My family and I stayed here both before and after our trip to Mt. Ali, and we even extended our stay due to a typhoon. We felt well-rested and enjoyed our time. When double beds weren’t available, the staff combined two single beds, creating a spacious and comfortable sleeping arrangement. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, warm service, and comfortable accommodations!

Location was great, short walk from Chiayi Train station. Breakfast was decent but if you went too late there would be very little food left (sometimes the coffee/tea machine runs out of powder). Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Good location that nearby to shopping area and train station. Although it is old building , but it is newly renovated and clean.

Pillow is too soft and carpet dated.

Location near train station, not bad. Service at counter so so. Room is clean, window can’t see anything. Typical business hotel , acceptable but not any surprises. Only for night staying for next day Alishan trip here , it is still considered a good place to stay , but don’t know whether it is Saturday, the price is not cheap. Maybe not many hotels to choose in chiayi this kind of small place.
