YOYO is a very convenient hotel just in front of Chiayi Train station. At the 11th floor, the place is accessible and acceptable for the price. In addition you got breakfast included ( from 6.30 to 9.30 am). You got toast, jams rice congee, ********* braised pork rice Bowl, boiled eggs, vegetables, juice, soja/ almond and cow milk, coffee etc … so a lovely place to start a nice day !
If you want to go to Alishan, it’s very easy and took like 1-2min by walk to take the BUS
Cause the bus station is just in front of the hotel !

This hotel's location is convenient as just across the road from the Chiayi Train station and bus stop to Alishan as well as the yellow tourist shuttle bus which takes you to Hinoki village City Park and other interesting sites. It's also about 15 min walk to the Wenhua Night Market a very vibrant spot for tourists looking for street food.
The Bf included in the hotel bookings has a very good variety of food buffet style and it was very tasty. Service is also excellent.
Reception was however a bit slow as there was only one staff there when we checked in.
The receptionist was helpful though in recommending bus and giving directions.

A simple yet comfortable hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful, simple complimentary breakfast, good location with just less than 5 mins walk from Chiayi Railway Station, would recommend it for those travellers short stay before departure to Alishan

Just opposite the Chiayi Train Station
Lots of eateries nearby and 7-11 just opposite the hotel
The breakfast is simple and yummy
The staffs are very friendly

The room is very spacious, easy to check in and accommodating staff. Breakfast is good also, recommended for travelers going to Alishan early in the morning cause the bus stop is just across the hotel. 👍👍👍

Located right on the upper floors of Carnival Theater opposite to the Chia-Yi Station, the hotel is a building of great room deals for bird’s eye view. Upon your visit to our spacious lobby, as large as 2520 sq. ft., one cup of coffee or Alishan Tea is our treat to ease traveler’s fatigue.
Leisure and business travelers at our hotel enjoy easy pathway to Aogu Wetland, Dongshih Fishing Harbor, the Alishan Forest Recreation Area, and the shopping and delicacies area in Chia-Yi City. The exotic nightlife distinct from that of hustling and bustling urban area is around the corner. Also, the 1.5 hour-drive-away Alishan Forest Park is a must-visit, where guests can take the Forest Railway train up to see the Sunrise, Grand Sea of Clouds, the Flamboyant Cherry Blossom, and so on.
