Disappointing Experience – Avoid if Possible I recently stayed at Sann boutique, ( I don’t normally leave negative reviews) but it was the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. First of all, the location is not great and needs a long walk or a taxi to anywhere of note. Public transport is inconvenient, and getting a taxi in Chiangrai can be quite unreliable. The hotel itself has zero facilities. No gym, no pool etc—nothing. However, the worst part of the stay was the receptionist. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, we felt unwelcome. Any request was met with eye rolls and rudeness, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. I would like to note that the other staff members were very helpful and friendly after we brought this to the attention of the manager. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are far better options for the same price (or even cheaper) with better service and a better location. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Nice and clean in downtown nearly everything

Good quality hotel. I love it, the cleanliness, room and everything. Just, is better to get rooms on the 2nd floor as you can open the curtains. Breakfast provided. The variety was not lot but overall is ok. Recommended 👍👍👍

โรงแรมดูทันสมัยไม่น่ากลัว อยู่ใจกลางเมืองเดินทางสะดวก แต่คนไม่มีรถส่วนตัวอาจลำบากหน่อย มีอาหารเช้า คุ้มค่ากับราคามาก

隣の部屋、外からの騒音は全く聞こえず快適。近くに新しく出来たオーガニック店に行くのもいいでしょう。ホテル朝食はベジタリアンの選択肢があります。

ห้องสะอาดมาก การตกแต่งคือดูพรีเมี่ยม กว้าง คือนอนหลับลึกมาก ห้องอาหารไม่ได้กว้างมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกพอประมานแต่อร่อยดี และดูมีคุณภาพ ที่จอดรถมีทั้งรถใหญ่ มอเตอร์ไซต์

โลเคชั่นดี สงบ ห้องสะอาด อาหารเช้ามีครบ พนักงานให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน

ห้องดี สะอาด กว้าง อยู่ใกล้หอนาฬิกา เดินทางสะดวกมาก

พนักงานบริการดี ห้องพักสะอาด กว้าง นอนสบาย บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ เดินทางสะดวก

ทำในที่พักใกล้ดีโรงแรมพอใช้แต่ราคาสูงไปหน่อยเพราะว่าเข้าพักตอนกลางคืนแล้วแต่โดยรวมก็ดีค่ะ
