I like the vintage style environment so much, and the location is quiet but quite close with the night market, and there are two lovely cat and dog always go to find people to play with! And the most important is the boss is very nice and helpful, shared me lots of place to go and play! Will come back if i visit chiang mai next time

I absolutely loved my stay at the Boutique Hotel Nipha. My room was amazing. The neighborhood is so quiet. There are many restaurants, laundry spots, and stores nearby. The ownership and staff are very accommodating. I wish I could stay longer. Say hi to Derek and S7ven.

Location is great. Just outside the old city, within easy reach of night bazaar. The property is quite rustic and has a charm to it. However, no complimentary tea/coffee and the room was not serviced/cleaned during our 3 day stay, despite putting the please clean room sign on the door.

Room space were big , comfortable and the owner were nice and also he recommend places that must be visited during my stay in Chiangmai, i definitely love thai food so much ! 10/10 the hotel location is in the city center and close to the airport, about 13-15 minutes away by bike / car , anyway i do really enjoy my stay ..

People are good and nice, a lovely and peaceful place to go again for sure

The owner is so kind,alway wellcome even I arrivel at 11.30 pm. Place is clean and quiet with Lanna style. The price is cheap,Next Time I’ll come stay here again.

Quiet hotel in nice central area of Chiang Mai. Room was wood decorated and really big sized.

ดีมากๆชอบมากๆพนักงานน่ารักนะเจ้าของก็น่ารักมาก ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าจะอยู่ในเชียงใหม่ในกลางเมืองแต่สงบมากบรรยากาศดีนอนหลับสบายพักผ่อนและเดินทางไม่ไกลอยู่ย่านชุมชนเมือง บรรยากาศเหมือนนอนพักผ่อนอยู่ที่บ้านเอง

ที่พักสวยร่มรื่นเงียบสงบราคาถูกมากก แต่ลืมถ่ายห้องพักแต่ถ่ายน้องหมามาชื่อน้องเซเว่นน้องอินโทรเวิดมากไม่สนใจคนสนใจแต่เงาแสงกับแมลงน้องมาต้อนรับทุกวันเลย

春節難訂三人房，還好第一站定了這裏，熱情的老闆，把吃喝玩樂的行程安排得妥妥的，讓第一次來清邁的我心定了不少，店裡的明星seven很可愛，每天勤勤懇懇地看店，門口的小黃車不上鎖，路過又可以擺拍一下

非常愜意的小院子，適合宅着體驗清邁慢節奏的旅客。附近200米內就有咖啡小車，水果小車，還有一個菜市場，到點就會很熱鬧 。離塔佩門和古城區不遠，打車10塊錢，或者步行都可到達。同色系的高冷貓貓和憨憨狗狗非常可愛，老闆非常熱情，真誠，感謝在這段時間的幫助！

老闆非常熱情，推介了很多吃喝玩樂好去處，回覆迅速，總是很快提供協助。 附近有很多吃的，距離古城走路十多分鐘就到了，從古城打grab回來也方便。但打grab出去的話就要走一段路到大街上才比較容易。 酒店就在馬路旁，對面有兩家酒吧，晚上偶爾有車聲和人聲傳入，不怎麼隔音，睡覺很容易醒的人要注意。
