Fine hotel. Nothing fancy but clean and suitable if just a base to sleep at.

Неплохой бутиковый отель. Отличное расположение — специально искали в этом районе, т.к. до этого уже два раза жили именно тут (но в другом отеле через дорогу). Поблизости много чего есть, очень удобно — поэтому в третий раз тоже решили искать тут жилье. Гостиница маленькая, но номера хорошие. Завтрак небольшой по меню, но всё очень вкусно. За эту стоимость запросы вариант для проживания в старом городе.

酒店比較細，算是咖啡旅館，酒店沒有電梯，位置在古城內比較偏，優點是酒店門口有免費單車可以使用，附近有可以租摩託車的店，距離5分鐘路程有7-11，房間有陽台，看介紹是有翻新過，裏面的設施都是比較舊的，無論洗手間還是櫃子，廁所蓋都發黴點，牆上都是劃痕，我在這裏訂了5晚，最受不了的就是，入住第一晚酒店居然無熱水，而且水量非常微小，跟酒店前台溝通過回覆是他也不知道為什麼可能就是沒有熱水，我再次要求才被告知可以協助換一個房間但是比我預訂的是低一級的，酒店也沒有其他可以補救措施，然後直到最後一晚酒店水量也是不夠，熱水也沒有，真是無語，我覺得酒店需要及時更新一下設備了！

I stayed I. This hotel at the beginning December alone and it was the best stay in Chiang Mai. The location is very nice, I figured lots of shortcuts to the Thai Pae Gate area. The staff is very very accommodating and friendly. A week later I decided to come back with my family, but the rooms weren’t available in the booking apps I used, so I just walked in and they offered me the same room I stayed, suite on the 3rd floor and I couldn’t be happier. Big balcony along the whole room, nice bathtub, everyday cleaning and water refill. Everything inside is working properly, not a single broken or dirty thing. The room layout is super convenient, the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Bathtub and shower are also separated. All the things here are beautiful and made for people’s pleasant experience. Can’t recommend this place enough. Truly added pleasantness to my Chiang Mai experience.

Our red songthaew driver had a challenge finding the place so used MapsMe to help him find it. Check in was fast. There are only stairs but they gladly will carry your bags to your room. We had a giant king bed, fridge, TV (Thai channels), desk chair, safe, night stands, cofee/tea, kettle, 2 bottles water, balcony with view of alley and hotel grounds next door (facing the sun but some shade so can use in the afternoon). All rooms except the front 2 face the same direction out to the alley which makes them a bit quieter. Giant metal rack for hanging clothes and other storage. Pool, access only by going downstairs and outside along road to pool at back. Strong wifi. Breakfast included is ordered off a menu, it is not that straight forward what you are allowed to order but we ordered and got fed. There is a egg dish, a noodle dish, rice soup and add ons like toast, juice, fruit, coffee another. The service was friendly and the food was fine. We could stay there again, no problem. It has a great location, 7-11 and local store very close, near a couple good local restaurants for khao soi and wonton noodle soup, near Chiang Gate Market and short walk to Saturday and Sunday night walking streets. Also for clothes washing, go to the right and right along a quieter road to find a very nice smiling lady a short walk away, look for a weathered 40 B/kg sign and the nice lady. Overall, good place, could stay again if in area.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious and the pool is decent. I had a first floor room, which I was concerned about initially, because I wanted a balcony. But, it turned out to be almost better with enclosed outdoor area. I had breakfast included, which was also delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend. Location was perfect for get into anywhere in the old town or the downtown area by walking, several restaurants nearby.
