Good 3-star hotel offers dorms as well as private rooms. Nice amenities inside the building, some cosy chill zones, balcony with atmospheric city view, dining/kitchen area. And free simple breakfast available for all guests. Location is good too for everything that typical tourist may like in Chiang Mai center. One feels as staying in a decent hotel while having a dorm bed.

I’ve request a lower bunk while reservation but they don’t reserved me any. No lower bunk left according to the front-desk somehow I saw one just in the room I stay. As for the free bicycles, they said all are broken. I wonder such a lot of bike broken in the same time…?🤨

The environment is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The room is clean and sanitary. The toilet has good hot water. The bed is very comfortable. It is worth recommending

convenient location to the night market, large public space and nice breakfasts. We were put in a dirty room, it took a long time to change to another one.

Receptionist very kind allowed us to check-in early at 12pm instead of 2pm. Location wise nearby all attraction can be reach by foot. Bicycle available for use but need deposit Thb600. Nearby Night Market and Halal Street.

Good hotel for a short stay over. Beds are not that nice but the rest was very good actually.

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. It's very convenient for traveling around, and the place is spotless. The shared kitchen is a nice feature, allowing guests to cook breakfast in the morning. The accommodations are comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance—highly recommended!

Private room - the room had a window, only the view from it was on the wall. There were no bottles of drinking water - omg. Really?!
