All ok. Was just 1.night stay. Love the room. Only it could be a better Breakfast.

Very nice hotel very classic and silent and the area is great too with a bar and some restaurants nearby.

First room checked in was dissapointed. Aircon sound whole night and neighbour musical sound till midnight. Hotel location is convenient. We changed room after 2 nights and getting better room layout.

Good: nice river view, near restaurants, can walk to the market Bad: the staff are not so active, they ask for deposit money 500 baht, and they have no change for 1,000 note. ( should be prepared if you ask for deposit ) the air-conditioning is not getting to the bed, it gets cool slowly, BREAKFAST Very BAD!!!

Location is not so good, no restaurant or store nearby. The room I booked was at promotion price, so the room I got was next to the pub. The music was very loud until 3 am. I asked the staff for changing the room and eventually got charge extra of THB 50 for the change. Internet is not stable. The toilet is not good, the shower got water leakage. I feel like the room didn't meet the general standard of B2 chain. Pretty disappointed.

Booked this hotel for another night, without seeing it first, but wouldn't recommend it to anyone who appreciates good sleep and rest

I like this place very much. Good service, clean room.

The location is good, but the room is very old and tried. The curtain and air conditioning remote were both broken. I was surprised to see that the room rate dropped from 1000 THB, which I paid, to 750 THB after checked-.in.

The room has a very odd layout with separate small glass cubicles for the toilet and shower. They do not feel very private. The hotel is also next door to a music bar. It was very loud until 1 am so I didn't sleep well.

A large room. There is more light than in ordinary b2 hotels. Checking in through a cafe is not very convenient. The cleanliness is average, the smell from the toilet is not very pleasant. The location is great

This tome I have a business trip to Chiang Mai and I return to stay at B2 Colonial Riverside again. I have a good staying in this time. The room is clean and complete set up. Bathroom and toilet are proper as its function and the air conditioner working well. It is different from my previous time in April. I will be back to stay this hotel again if I have a chance to Chiangmai. The hotel lobby is at the ground floor and there is a mini cafe as well. I order a cup of coffee with a chicken wrap. The taste is good. Please note that the cafe is accepted cashless payment ONLY. 😊

This twin room is bigger than the other room and costs 50 Baht more. Didn’t have hot water to shower but I was too lazy to ask them to fix. Separate toilet room, shower room and face basin area. Room has a balcony. Needed to deposit 500 Baht by cash for each room. When giving back the deposit to me, if the female Reception smiled and said thank you, it would be nicer at checkout. It costs nothing to say thank you. There are 2 bathrobes and 4 towels in this room. A kettle and instant coffee. 2 bottles of water. Nice security staff. The riverside is at back of the hotel.

Average place to stay. Location is a plus but it needed lot of work in term of maintenance. Shower & water leaked to the floor. Flooded the room. Noisy til 1am. There is a club near by.
