Very clean room. Although we had a street view room, the double layer glass helped keeping the noise out. Snacks and drinks in the fridge are free. We love the variety at the breakfast. Hotel is very near to airport, about 12min drive away.

I really like this inexpensive boutique hotel. First of all, the beautiful European style riverfront garden with an oriental waterfall pool on the side really gives this hotel a nice artsy feel. Secondarily the breakfast is well stocked with both European style pastries and Thai rice noodles. Did I mention the personal service of premium coffee that is made to order and hand delivered to the table? The traffic jam during the midday and the live music of a neighboring restaurant in the evening may be two slight downsides of the hotel.

Gorgeous clean, modern hotel. They have done really well to clean up after floods barely noticeable. Lovely room, breakfast and stay. By river and lovely gardens. You do need to get a taxi for most places, costs about 100thbt to get into the old town.

Extended our stay at this accommodation as we enjoyed our stay. We selected the river view room, which was good. It's not a large room, but a clean and comfortable room. It has all the items needed for a comfortable stay, plus a little bonus that snacks and drinks are at no charge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not much excitement in the dishes. Close walk to a few massage shops and a couple of really nice restaurants. The workers have done a fantastic job in getting the lower level of the hotel up to speed after major flooding in the region from a massive typhoon passed through as a rain depression. They were working on the gardens to the river. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are Clean and got everything. Breakfast is nice, especially on the terrace. Snacks and water in the rooms ist free. Staff ist very friendly and Kind. Only downside is the loud noise also at night from the street even in the rooms on the Side because the Windows are poorly isolated.

This hotel was exactly as the pictures describe. The room is a bit smaller but clean and well-maintained. The room had complimentary snacks topped up every morning after cleaning. The water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic! In retrospect, spend the extra money to get a room that overlooks the garden. You’ll have a great view and less noise from the roadside. The breakfast was great and consisted of both Thai and Western options. Thai options were a variation of fried rice, noodles, braised veggies, boiled meat soup with rice, and steamed buns. Western options included bread, butter, strawberry jam, croissants, Danish, butter, ham, sausage, eggs (sunny side), yogurt, milk, juice, cereals and a selection of fruit. Sufficed to say, it was very filling. The staff are helpful, quiet and mind their own business. The main attraction for me is the stunning garden that can be viewed from the dining area making it quite a pleasant dining experience. I spent the mornings relaxing at the pool deck that overlooks the garden as well. If you want tranquility, this is the place. A fantastic getaway!

I got second floor room, and the hotel is rightnext to the restaurant and its has karaoke, I can hear the singing sou d through my room. And the wall very thin, i also can hear the sound from next and on the corridor. And it not hygiene, the pillow had a smell from previous customer.

The room is very clean, including the washroom. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The room we stayed sometime had a humming sound, might be the water heater from the other rooms running. Breakfast was hit and miss, but overall ok. A bit far from city center, so better bring some snacks since there is no mini market nearby.

The 2nd time stayed at this hotel. We were allowed to keep the luggage in hotel for few days and got back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Seems it's hard to go out at night because there was no footbath for people from hotel to main road.

It was great, hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating, breakfast staff are excellent and always one girls and one men at breakfast were excellent, but all staff are helpful and great including gardener he always bring me ashtray when he see me smoking, and i recommend if your looking for peaceful time after busy day! this is the hotel to stay
