Everything was enjoyable.Affordable and clean.This hotel can be the one for those who just for sleep with lower expectations with much services and living experience, beside the location can be 8 out of 10 tbh. Parking spot also neat. Overall its solid 7 out of 10 for me

Not far central festival cnx and good hotel quality is good price is good ,staff is great

The hotel is miles and moles away from any shops or restaurants. Wifi shocking. Clean spacious room, great hot shower. Bed very hard. Terrible cushions Quiet. Fridge in room. Free coffee and tea that I wasn't shown.. Receptionist who greeted me did not show me to my room but just gave me the key and indicated which way to go with her hand.

Very beautiful and comfortable place for me and my family. I really enjoy this place.

The room on lv 1 is quite old and unsafe. Shower glass in the bathroom is almost falling apart

Vietnam’s low-cost carrier, Vietjet, is further expanding its reach in East and Southeast Asia by announcing three new flights to China, Cambodia, and Indonesia. These new services will all start in December and will join several other flights the carrier has launched in recent months.

The room is spacious. I was here during Songkran. Lotus is nearby. The place is quiet. Have to use grab to go out Maya or Thapae gate. Overall hotel is price to performance good

Great place to hide and stay a bit 12 min from central chiang mai . Is not luxurious but clean! They have this old style tv with film box channel where you can watch 24/7 some good old movies 😀Lovely people.. worth the price ! Not long stay .

This is definitely a 3 star hotel that sadly did not live up to its picture representation but was clean and had the basic essentials such as shower, balcony, ac, big bed and tv. Not picturesque but ok. If you have to pay a deposit however, be sure to take a picture of the paperwork just to cover yourself and avoid any misunderstandings at check out. Note: There is a 4 star hotel about 5 mins walk away called Zensala that is really gorgeous and does live up to how it is marketed so that is also an option. Have a great stay wherever you choose.

The location is far from anything any sights and no transport around unless you have sth to do there. There were 2 receptionists I met , the one in the morning couldn’t have been more cold and unhelpful. I arrived 11am ,couldn’t chk.I asked if I could leave my bag. Receptionist said Yes, “put it where it is”. Before I left I asked if she could please chk for me if I was in the right hotel even if I couldn’t chk in. Only then I got confirmation. I called a cab and left straight away back at 8pm the bag was there on the floor unattended exactly where it was ,no one was there. After chk in , went to bed and left.I wouldn’t recommend this place no.

Was a good stay. Pretty and cute room. Location is not the best, no scooter rental nearby, but the hotel is okay for a couple of days
