Service is great! Rooms are huge and spacious. Nearby is a night bazaar. But airport is near.Can hear planes landing.

I was suggested by the hotel to downgrade 1 of the rooms booked if I want to stay in the same floor. Though I agreed but I asked the hotel to compensate me for the different in pricing or at least to offer us free breakfast. Hotel vehemently refused. The room that I paid is much more expensive than the downgraded room. They also did not refill their complimentary amenities package for the subsequent days.

My first time stayed this hotel and got very good prices and nice stay this hotel are very convenient to get around. Room is big, clean water very high pressure. I will be back again for sure 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It is good for travel and go. I think the towel are a bit old, it need to change.

Booked a room for 3 persons & stayed for 4 nights. Very close to airport, Maya Shopping Mall, One Ninman, by car around 15 mins. There is a playground for kids near the reception counter. The cafe for breakfast also next to reception counter. Simple breakfast provided with 3 hot foods for selection (order) and free flow salad bar, coffee, bread, coco krunch & corn flake, fried rice, porridge & soup. Spacious room, good fit for 3 person. Bath towel, shampoos & hair dryer provided. Slipper provided upon request. Water dispenser is near the lift lobby. Cleanliness can be improve, the small balcony is smelly caused of the bird ****. Overall, worth for the money we paid.
