I cannot express how much I love this hotel and if I could I want to stay here forever. The hotel is super clean, fresh scents literally hit my face the second I open that lobby door. The service is 10/10. All the staffs are so well trained and super friendly. The bed is definitely the best part of this hotel. It’s as soft as a cloud, I instantly fell asleep.

It as an incredible stay! Right from arrival to departure; everything was flawless. I have stayed at multiple major chain hotels and this is way better than those! Highly highly hifhly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Attentive staff from moment we walked through the doors to check-in to explaining our room. Breakfast next day was excellent. Food quality and choice as well as great attentive service from the breakfast team second to none! Definitely recommend and would come and stay again!

Walking distance to ningman road and got a wide variety of choices for restaurants! Close to the white market and the big mall as well! New and decent room!

Ideal place to stay to explore chiang mai. Highlights of the hotel were the incredibly comfortable bed and friendly service. We also had delicious welcome and farewell drinks and loved the bananas and grapes in the room upon arrival. Thank you to the restaurant manager for helping us out when we brought in a giant mango from the supermarket- they cut and boxed it to go for us after checkout 😊 If you go during rainy season, they already have two umbrellas in the room. But i wish there were pool umbrellas for outside too when it rained. Also note there is no fitness center on property.

Great hotel, friendly staff, convenient location My family and I had a great time. We’ve booked two rooms for us and it was amazing. As we all sleep in, I can’t tell about breakfast. All others was nice. If your looking for a big pool you may need to seek for a big resort outside the city. All others is great. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Just TV channels could be more (with English, e.g. HBO, StarMovie, AXN, BBC, …) But anyway, who need TV here on vacation… Enjoy your stay!!! Definitely a recommendable hotel for your stay!
