I personally enjoyed my time at this hotel. It looked a bit old, but overall it was quite nice. I booked jacuzzi suite, stay in room 609. No complains really. Love how the room is super big, the jacuzzi in the room is super relaxing(fits like 4 ppl!!) and the bed is really huge. I think it’d be perfect for the family also.

The manager was kind and upgraded our room right from check-in. Loved the room in general, but certain things were in slightly disrepair. Things such as the shower head being badly clogged and the spa itself, which was the main feature not having enough hot water to fully fill, or a heater to finish the job. Temperature was okay, but not hot. Lack of heater makes the pumps blow cold air into the tub. I would suggest to staff to take extra care in thorough cleaning, mainly of the tub itself. Everything else was quite nice.

房間很大，泰式風味十足，管理人員和服務人員都很親切，服務態度也很好，地理位置不錯，走到古城10分鐘，沿路悠閒自在，很多地道小店和網紅打卡點，邊上也有7-11和蓮花超市，清邁很悠閒，這裡的酒店也都是小巧精緻，很不錯

攜程上訂房太坑了，這家酒店圖片與實際相差太大，圖片很唯美，實際房間很舊，燈光很灰暗，我們一家帶着3歲小朋友，一進酒店小朋友就不敢住，我們看了一眼不滿意，平台就跟我們説預訂房間不能退款，沒辦法小孩子沒辦法住，我們衹能拉着兩個大箱子走人，剛下飛機到酒店這樣的感官實在太差了。以後再不會攜程上訂房。不知攜程是否會屏蔽我的評論，這樣明搶錢的行為，令我行程不愉快

I can imagine this hotel used to be something special. The decor is beautiful and there is ornate details everywhere. The room was huge and very unique. We had the Sky Suite and our bathroom was open aired which was a little quirky. I would NOT stay here if it’s your first time in Chiang Mai. The surrounding streets leave a lot to be desired and you need a ride to get anywhere. This was nice for us as a couple who wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle of town for a night. This place needs a power washing and a deep clean. My husband said the building itself looks like it has cancer 😅 we had a private hot tub which was awesome but the knob broke off and we couldn’t turn the water off and had to call maintenance - romantic! Don’t bother with the hotel breakfast- not good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Singa Lanna Boutique Style Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and so lovely. They were always smiling and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The room was absolutely incredible, with a charming and authentic boutique feel that created a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. A standout feature was the jacuzzi in the room—a luxurious touch that made our stay even more special. The bi-folding windows that opened up to reveal stunning views of Chiang Mai made soaking in the jacuzzi a truly serene experience. Overall, we had a lovely stay with no complaints at all. Full compliments to the staff, who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their warmth and dedication made our visit unforgettable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was massive and the hotel staff were so lovely. Espically dallon, she was always very helpful. We got upgraded which was a nice surprise. The amenities and spa were amazing. It has a very Lanna vibe. The pool was nice to relax in. Highly recommend! Matthew & Tabatha

Unfortunately there was a lot not to like Overall darkness and uncleanliness. Seemed like the dust had been there for decades. Fridge didn’t work well Aircon didn’t work well due to the open gaps above the doors Bathroom dirty. Beautiful size spa but it was not clean to use. Whole place needs a deep clean and some maintenance to the gaps to ensure the aircon works properly. We only stayed the 1night of our 4 night booking due to being unable to breathe great and tasting dust all night.

10/5 - Bee ( the receptionist ) is the kindest women ever! She is extremely friendly and warm and made our whole experience the best place in Asia. Regards to the hotel, after Bee allowed us to move room as we wanted to be higher up ( as we just wanted a better view ) is incredible, the room is homely and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you Bee !

Room is spacious. Quite old but the jacuzzi still can work. Breakfast is disappointing. Nice and quiet environment. Service is ok. Don’t mind coming back again. Near to city area. Take taxi to city area is about 10 mins. Toiletries provided.

Heel erg vriendelijk personeel. Alleen een wat verouderd hotel. Het was niet helemaal wat we ervan hadden verwacht. Echter het personeel deed wel enorm hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. Als je een beetje luxe verwacht, kan je teleurgesteld worden..

- Tauben im Zimmer - total verdreckter Aufzug - total verdreckter Pool - Zimmer in desolatem Zustand - Wand- Deckenverkleidungen und Regale aus Holz gebrochen. Dahinter befanden sich Taubennester - Waschtisch gebrochen und siffig - Internet zu langsam, um zu streamen. - Türen zum “Balkon” lassen sich zwar öffnen, aber nicht schliessen - Kein Restaurant - Frühstück nur Toastbrot, Butter, Marmelade & Eier - Fotos auf der Webseite sind Fake - Das Haus ist zwischen 30 und 50 Jahren alt und es wurde nichts mehr saniert. - Das Haus hat 4 Sterne und die Preise sind entsprechend hoch. Wie es in diesem Zustand zu 4 Sternen kommen kann ist unerklärlich. - Die Preise sind ein Wucher für das was geboten wird. Wir haben im Voraus für 1 Woche bezahlt und wollten direkt nach Ankunft wieder aus checken. Wir haben 27.000 Baht bezahlt und wären mit der Rückzahlung von 20.000 Baht einverstanden gewesen. Doch das wurde uns verweigert.
