A very chill hotel. People from reception are all nice. Sometimes a bit loud at night due to planes

Location was great, near to many cafes and the famous Charlie Thai milk tea shop. Room was clean and just big enough for couple. However, sound proof could be improved as we can hear planes flying over in the midnight.

The floor drain in the shower room is not good (very slow) and the swimming pool is very small

Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious — it made relaxing in the room even better. The swimming pool was a highlight — clean, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind after a long day. Whether you want to take a quick dip or lounge by the water, it's a great spot. What truly made the stay special were the people. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made me feel at home.

Great location. Cafe, shopping mall, foods within walking distance. As long as you are not worried about the noise from airplanes, it would be a great choice!

I booked this hotels 4 days 3 nights for my personal assistant for Songkran holiday. This location is good crowded in the heart of chaingmai , good for 1st time traveller in Chiangmai. The service and amenities are fabulous and value for money.

Location is perfect, convenient and easy to locate. Room is clean and comfortable, have nothing to complain about. Would recommend and will definitely be back.
