We booked this hotel because of its convenient location and reasonable price. The hotel fully met our expectations, and there are many surprises! We will definitely choose this place again and recommend it to our friends because the atmosphere is friendly and hospitable，pran is smiling and helpful, thanks prepared breakfast in everymorning, she like my mum🤣moreover, the environment is clean and tidy. Thank you for making our trip fun and carefree!

Try the in-house cafe for their coffee. I loved their magic blend in Latte. P and family does know their hospitality, and will give you recommendations depending on what you’re looking for. I’ve slept well in the place, and the design and architecture was really refreshing and pretty. Location is within old town and so on point. Thank you so much.

Very beautiful and well decorated hotel that feels like home! The room is really nice, bed soft and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Hosts made our day so pleasant by being so kind and helpful with giving us ideas what to visit in town. Breakfast is delicious and my favorite part was unbelievably delicious coffee 😍 Next time we visit Chiang Mai, we will definitely stay at this hometel ☺️ Recommend 10/10

It’s really a nice place to live in, like a family hotel. The lady boss is so hospitality and so does others. They advise the tour place with us. Very appreciate their kindness and helpful suggestions. 這家店是家庭氛圍，一樓有飲品餐食類的，每天都有更換毛巾和清潔垃圾桶，裝修很具泰式風格。老闆娘很友好，熱情的分享各種遊玩的去處，最後還送了我們當地的炒麵去趕火車。真的太好了! 希望大家能靜下心，慢慢的享受旅途，認真的旅行真的有很多不一樣的收穫! I essentially stayed here twice during my trip. Pran and her son Jeff are champion hosts, the best hospitality I ever received! For my final breakfast Pran made absolutely delicious vegetarian spread, and they helped me to get to a remote village hotel where Grab would not go.

Highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai. The place is so nice and the staffs are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff from the cafe is so nice and she also helped me to find the nice resort at the mountains. She helped me in everything and very take care of us. Thank you very much for your kindness and great service.

P is very helpful and help me to search about any massage shop open when I arrived Chiang Mai late. P also prepare the breakfast earlier for me because I need to leave the hotel earlier. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

A lovely little boutique hotel in a great location in a corner of Chiang Mai Old Town, with helpful and friendly service from the owners and their staff.

If you're looking for a quaint room, this is the place for you. It wasn't quite what I expected, but in a unique and memorable way. The room was charming but different from what I anticipated. It was smaller than I imagined it was going to be from the pictures, but it wasn't too terribly small either. The hostess was an absolute delight—welcoming, warm, and kind-hearted. Her generosity made the stay even more special, and her breakfast was perfect, you had a choice of four options that she cooked fresh for you. Overall, it was a one-of-a-kind experience that I won't soon forget.

They are very friendly and kind. My daughters and I loved the terrace with bathtub room.
