Tolles Hotel, super freundliche Personal und voll ausgestattet. Man ist dort als Gast willkommen.
Das Hotel hat nur normale Fahrräder aber sie haben für mich ein E-Bike für morgen früh organisiert.
Nachdem Check out habe ich noch ein kleines Geschenk aus Toskana bekommen 😍
Natürlich 100% empfehlenswert. Würde ich gerne bald wieder dort übernachten.

A great stay made exceptional by the Hotel Manager, Andrea. A warm welcome, nothing is too much trouble and he is always there working so hard for his guests. We had a very early check out and Andrea had breakfast set up early especially. Amazing! Thank you.

Fabio expertly accommodated a family member's food allergies and gluten intolerance. He brought a plate full of homemade, gluten-free biscotti and muffins for her to select each morning at breakfast. It is often hard to find gluten free baked goods and she was grateful for the quality and variety. The food was labeled according to the top allergens in Italy, and there were meat, cheese and fruit options in addition to the baked goods. Andrea was equally wonderful; he helped us plan our driving routes and helped us with parking at the hotel. He inquired about our sleep quality and watched my expression when I answered. He deducted that the mattress was not to our liking and offered to switch it out to a softer one (which happened when we were aware from the premises). We highly recommend staying here. The only challenge was the tricky parking as the driveway to enter is on a hill, but Andrea was very helpful in this regard.

Excellent service in every detail, Andreas and his brother Fabio who is the chef, exceeded every expectation. Anything we asked for was immediately provided to us. The room was spacoius, the bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well

TOP!!!! trascorso capodanno 2025, albergo perfetto ,ordine e pulizia, camere spaziose comode e riscaldate a dovere. I proprietari cordiali e sempre disponibili e la cucina propone ottimi e abbondanti piatti toscani..... Ottimo lo consiglio

Una breve vacanza con amici , albergo tutto perfetto- I proprietari molto disponibili ,gentili attenti a ogni esigenza dei clienti. Pulizia super pulito , colazione squisita con dolci fatti in casa dal super cuoco uno dei fratelli proprietari. Cosa posso dire del cenone 2025 ?... non ne parliamone , piatti squisiti, super quantità. Albergo tranquillo , lo consiglio.

Io, mio marito e nostra figlia di 2 anni abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel e siamo stati benissimo... Siamo stati accolti con calore dal proprietario che ci ha aiutato a parcheggiare e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni. La stanza era grande e pulitissima, attrezzata per la nostra bimba con la culla. La colazione è uno dei punti di forza di questo hotel... Super fornita di cibo sia dolce che salato per soddisfare tutti. Per terminare in bellezza ci sono stati regalati anche dei cantucci. Assolutamente consigliato. E se ricapitiamo in zona torneremo...

Finalmente siamo riusciti a tornarci (e’ sempre pieno) e rivedere il Sig. Fabio, gentilissimo, cordiale e affabile come sempre e la sig.ra Federica ha si occupa della sala ristorante la sera, sempre sorridente e simpatica. Si respira proprio un’aria familiare in un hotel raccolto e pulitissimo. Sono molto attento allo spreco ed è apprezzatissimo. Al ristorante si mangia benissimo e con il fatto che la sera fa freddo e’ favoloso. Se ci si dimentica qualcosa alla fine della strada cioè a 1 minuto a piedi ci sono Acqua & Sapone, una farmacia, una dispensa e persino il cinese. Camere accoglienti e pulitissime. Nei bagni ci sono i dispenser per i saponi e persino il bollitore con tisane e the’. Colazione fatta tutta da loro, buonissima. Non do’ mai 5 stelle, ma loro se le meritano tutte!!

Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la accoglienza, la gentilezza e la cortesia dimostrata nel nostro soggiorno per il ponte dei santi.Pulizia perfetta, colazione eccellente e cena squisita con piatti buonissimi , con varietà di scelta, con cucina e prodotti del territorio. Ci si sente veramente coccolati in ogni momento da Andrea e Fabio.Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo , in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli. Da consigliare e da ritornare!Lorena.
