Excellent efficient service throughout very comfortable bed and pillows ! Would highly recommend to stay here if shopping or eating out very central for everything

Reception greeting was very friendly and we were looked after well. Big TV with screen sharing for film / TV watching was great. Excellent location.

No parking, city carpark not easily accessible after shopping hours, and quite expensive.

Asked for housekeeping to be done when we left the hotel. The only thing done was new teabags were placed in the room and new towels were put in. The bed was not made, the room was not tidied, new mugs and glasses were not put in the room. Very disappointing. Called twice but reception was busy, so we settled for a room that had not been attended to properly. Disappointing.

Excellent hotel only had breakfast which was buffet style and plenty of it .Friendly staff and close to loac ammenities . No parking available so we used Tescos 2 nights £25.

Wonderful experiences. Stuffs is professional and friendly. Location is easy to go everywhere.

Excellent location, a group of friends traveled to Chester together and booked different hotels and Airbnb and it turned out this hotel was the best among us. However if you are looking for nice view this is not the right hotel for you- you can only see car park driveway from the window.

The hotel location is good and just 5 minutes walking distance to the tourist spot.

Not upto the same standards of other Leonardo hotels that I’ve stayed in Had to get additional heater for the room and corridors were very cold Food poor and lack of choice with drinks, ran out of most common drinks

need a bit of walk from the main station, super new and every thing is so good I'll come back again

位置超讚，樓下就有好幾家不錯的館子和酒吧，步行去主要景點也都很方便，早餐很棒，房間也很乾凈寬敞，工作人員熱情友好，再去Chester的話還會住這的。

市中心位置不錯，餐廳很多，Chester是一個很美的小城，在中國還沒有知名度
